#ApexLegends New Exclusive Item Changes Sparks Anger as former Battlepass skins have returned along with discontinued Legendary Editions and now Starter Packs which were said to only last a week have also returned to the loot pool. These changes with the way rare skins and Legendary skins work have been a slow decline in what Respawn has stated and told us in regards to skins returning and shop updates and has only increased as we have gotten closer to the launch of the new Season 13.
