The Orange Box is a video game compilation containing five games developed by Valve. Filip Borys Kubski (born June 15, 1987) better known as NEO, is a Polish player of the Counter-Strike series who is currently playing for Honoris. NEO is considered to be one of the best players in Counter-Strike history. He was also one of the “Golden Five” group of Polish CS players. Most recently he was the in-game leader for FaZe Clan.

It was part of Operation Payback from April 25 to August 31, 2013 and was temporarily included in the CS map canon.

The GSG 9 of the Federal Police (Grenzschutzgruppe 9) is a German anti-terrorist unit composed of Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, Counter-Strike: Source and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The unit is one of the four classic counter-terrorist units in the series and appears in all official offshoots.

CS:GO Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO for short) is a computer game from the genre of online tactical shooters. It was developed by Valve and Hidden Path Entertainment and is the fourth part of the Counter-Strike series. The game was released on August 21, 2012 for Windows, Linux, macOS, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. A release for the PlayStation 3 in Europe failed to materialize for unknown reasons. Global Offensive achieved a Metascore of 83 points. Since September 14, 2017, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive has also been available in China via the Perfect World client. In December 2018, the game was switched to a free-to-play model, which drew criticism.
