Weapons Call of Duty-Tac-45

The Tac-45 is a semi-automatic pistol from : Black Ops II.

of Black Ops II

Campaign

The Tac-45 can be set as a secondary weapon before a mission. Raul Menendez and DeFalco use it in the final section of the Decision Day mission.

Multiplayer

The Tac-45 is the second pistol to unlock after the Five-Seven. It does a lot of damage, and has average recoil, but only a short-range. Compared to the Five-Seven, the Tac-45 doesn’t do as much damage at long range, has greater recoil and a smaller magazine, but the pistol’s damage is brilliant.

Because of the pistol’s short-range, the long barrel is a useful attachment to strengthen it. The silencer, on the other hand, is not a good choice. While it doesn’t affect the range as much anymore (only 10% less range, much less than in previous parts), it does make the gun take significantly more hits to kill from a distance, losing its advantage over the other pistols. Overall, probably the best attachments for the Tac-45 are the magazine extension to the small magazine of 10 bullets, the Akimbo to make you kill faster, the long barrel to improve the range even more and the tactical knife to give you an advantage in close combat and even defend yourself when reloading.

In close combat, the Tac-45 has the same damage and rate of fire as the FAL OSW, making it a deadly weapon for accurate players. However, compared to powerful handguns like the revolvers from the earlier games, it is still not too powerful for a pistol.

Info

  • On the side of the Tac-45 is the same “MM” marking as on the MPL from Call of Duty: Black Ops.
  • The Tac-45, Makarov, and Browning HP are the only pistols that don’t appear in Survival Combat. Anyway, this makes the Tac the only modern pistol that doesn’t appear in it.
  • If you place an emblem on the gun, it appears mirrored.
  • If you use the Akimbo attachment, the Tac-45 sounds exactly like the Five-Seven when you shoot it.

Call of Duty

The Call of Duty series has existed since 2003 and in addition to various spin-offs, including for the handheld systems Nintendo DS and Sony PSP, 14 major titles of the series have now been released. Ever since the first part of the series, great emphasis has been placed on the online multiplayer mode in addition to the single-player campaign, which is also reflected in the development of the shooter series. Since the first Call of Duty, World at War, which was developed exclusively by Treyarch, each part also included cooperative challenges that you could play together with friends. The latest installment, Call of Duty: World War II, also features an extended multiplayer mode that puts you and your friends in the combat zones and famous battles of World War II. Using the divisions, you’ll be able to choose between the deadly sniper and the brute armored division and support your comrades in battle. In addition, World War II also has a zombie mode “Nazi Zombies”, as in its predecessor Call of Duty: Black Ops. Face the monsters of the Third Reich and win glory and honor.
