Warzone Update 1.31 Patch Notes – Stim glitch fixed again

Warzone has reported back with Patch 1.31. This fixes the stim glitch that has been plaguing the game for weeks. Just a day after the release of Black Ops Cold War – Season 1: Reloaded, Warzone is back with a robust patch that fixes many of the ongoing issues that have plagued the game.

As we’ve already mentioned, Warzone has been crushed under the weight of some lofty expectations over the past few months. When it was integrated into Black Ops Cold War in mid-December, a number of problems immediately surfaced. Bugs, glitches and above all unbalanced weapons that made the game difficult to play for weeks.

Maybe patch 1.31 will rekindle our love affair with Warzone…

We’ll start with the crucial point: the patch notes themselves. Here they are in all their glory. Following that, we’ll discuss a little bit about what this all means for Warzone.

Patch 1.31 Patch Notes

GENERAL

  • New fix to eliminate the infinite stim glitch: the issue was that after throwing a live grenade, the player got stuck in the throwback state
  • Match bonus and kill XP reward in Kingslayer mode adjusted to match Verdansk’s BR: This is part of an ongoing effort to normalize XP rewards across the various game modes

WAFFEN

  • Adjusted the timing of ammo replenishment on empty reloads for BOCW weapons

OPERATORS

  • Certain operator missions for Stitch should now progress as intended

GUNSMITH

  • Fixed the visuals of the “Heavy Handed” hammer in the player arsenal

BARRACKS

  • Fixed an issue where at high prestige levels, the progress to the next level displayed in Barracks – Season history did not match what was displayed on the top banner of the main menu.

SHOP

  • Removed tier skips from Modern Warfare Bundles
  • The Bruiser Cord clock preview in the Hot Shot Bundle now shows the correct clock
  • Fixed various minor issues including images, icons and names

BUG FIXES

  • Fixed a crash that occurred when launching the game due to changes to Windows GDI32

So what are the key takeaways?

Well, there you have it, the patch notes. There are some solid changes here, but the main thing to focus your attention on is the Stim Glitch fix. This glitch has been a hot topic in the community for weeks if not months. We’ve written several articles as it seems like whenever it’s fixed it pops right back up…

Which brings us to the $1 million question: will this actually fix this problem ? Well, we’re hoping patch 1.31 fixes the issue and we won’t see the stim glitch again any time soon. It’s important to note that fixing issues like this can be difficult and not permanent. That being said, it’s definitely about time the Stim Glitch finally said bye-bye .

Also included in patch 1.31 are a number of changes and fixes that are much needed and much desired. Most notable are the anti-cheating updates, which we really need in Warzone. They were addressed earlier in the week but not directly mentioned in the latest update’s patch notes.

Keep in mind that Rumble isn’t returning here, but Armored Royale is. The bug fixes and changes in patch 1.31 put Warzone back on a more balanced footing, and hopefully we’ll see the game in a revived and less frustrating state with future patches!

2 – A VISUAL

Overwatch 2 takes the world and gameplay to a new level: the environments are more dynamic, the battles are more comprehensive, improved effects and shadows enrich the atmosphere in the game. You will be immersed in the story of Overwatch in gripping events. All heroes will get a completely new, even more detailed and authentic look in Overwatch 2.

The five best Overwatch skins

As really cool – so you could title the new Overwatch skins. Because Blizzard Entertainment has really put a lot of effort this time and gifted the community with new cosmetics.

The OverwatchEcent Archives is in full swing. And once again, it takes us back to the original Overwatch team that used to fight in the streets of King’s Row against the rebellion started by the Null Sector. We also remember eight years ago when we took control of Blackwatch, a terrorist organization bent on destruction. But besides all the nostalgia, there’s something else that makes this event: the Archives skins. Here comes the top 5 of the best Cosmetics.

5th Place: Zarya’s “Workout.”

Giving us a bit of workout reality is Zarya’s “Workout” skin at #5. At a young age, Zarya identified a lot with athletics and here she shows that she’s a tough woman. But we honestly expected something more from the professional weightlifter. Still, the skin turned out quite nice.

4th Place: Roadhog’s “Militia” Look

Blizzard has done a good job of mixing the scout and military outfits, so Roadhog’s “Militia” skin lands in 4th place. We especially love the patches attached to the dungarees, but this skin isn’t as colorful and fancy as, say, other skins in the ranking. For that, it gets a solid 4th place.

3rd place: Junkrats “King Jamison

Majestic and bold in 3rd place is Junkat’s “King Jamison” skin. After being banished from Junkertown by the queen, he’s back and presents himself as a real eye-catcher that the queen would be jealous of. We were taken with the golden leg, but so much potential was lost with the rather plain shirt. That’s why Junkrat only makes it to number 3.

2nd place: Pharah’s “Aviator” style

Lieutenant Fareeha “Pharah” comes flying in at number two, in a stunning look that should wow anyone. The aviator sunglasses plus jetpack give her a thematically badass appearance that still makes her look cool and beautiful.

1st Place: Ana’s “Sniper” Skin.

Ana breathes new life into us with her “Sniper” skin and is unrivaled our No. 1 spot. During the Omnic crisis in her earlier years, Ana slayed the Omnics in this color stunning outfit. Her red scarf, headset and many other smaller accessories add the finishing touches to the skin that have us excited.

We’re excited to see when and with which skins Blizzard will wow us again. For more info on Overwatch and everything else about the world of and gaming, check out Early Game.
