The rogue Team GO Rocket has reappeared in Pokémon Go! What do they want from us? The troublemakers are increasingly taking over PokéStops or chasing you in their unmistakable Rocket balloons. Challenge them for new Pokémon and Giovanni will show his face again – and fight you with Crypto Latias!
With the Team Go Rocket company outing, the second event of the month started in Pokémon Go on April 3, 2022, which then ends on April 7, 2022, around 8:00 pm. Team Rocket’s bad boys and girls will ambush you at PokéStops or fly around in their Rocket balloons directly above your heads. If they have nothing else to do but tease you …. ^^
What’s on the Rocket team outing?
The villains from Pokémon Go are now using other Crypto Pokémon, and not just the bullies, but also the leaders Arlo, Cliff and Sierra!
- Team GO Rocket has once again turned a few innocent pocket monsters into Crypto Pokémon, and this time they have no regard for ALoLa Pokémon either:
- Crypto ALoLa Ratfratz
- Crypto ALoLa Sandan
- Crypto ALoLa Kokowei
- Crypto Mogelbaum
- Crypto Girafarig
- Crypto Camaub
- Crypto Pokémon will always be proficient with the Charge attack Frustration.
By using a Charge TM, a Pokémon can forget about this attack during the event period! - If you defeat members of Team GO Rocket and obtain a 12-kilometer egg, a Molunk could hatch from it! Molunk is a Fire and Poison type Pokémon. Exclusively female Molunk can evolve into Amfira, also of the Fire and Poison type.
- Through new field research tasks, you can encounter Sniebel and, if you’re very lucky, its iridescent variant. You also have a chance to get the rare Pokémon Zurrokex.
- In the Pokémon Go store, you can purchase an Event Box for 1,275 PokéCoins. This contains 10 top potions, 10 top vials, and 5 Rocket Radars.
The leaders of Team Go Rocket
Arlo, Cliff and Sierra are not waiting for you on every street corner, no. You have to find them. You can do this with a Rocket Radar. When you defeat a Team GO Rocket bully, he leaves behind a mysterious piece, of which you have to collect a total of six to be able to combine them into a Rocket Radar.
When you turn on the Rocket Radar, leaders will appear at PokéStops near you or in Rocket Balloons. Unlike the bullies, they are a lot crisper in terms of combat. Need a few more tips? Then take a look at our guide, in which we have summarized which Pokémon the arch-enemies of our team leaders Candela, Blanche and Spark fight with and how you can best counter them. Pokémon GO
Pokémon Go is the mobile spin-off of Nintendo’s popular Pokémon game series for Android and iOS. It is a so-called “location-based game”, i.e. a game that uses the player’s immediate surroundings. It is based on the principle of augmented reality.
Pokémon Map: Between landmarks and sights
Pokémon Go uses a Global Positioning System (GPS) to determine the player’s location and displays it on a map that also represents the playing field. The map is based on OpenStreetMap maps. The game is played mostly outdoors and uses landmarks, landmarks and other notable or eye-catching objects in the world to position either PokéStops or arenas there for you to battle for supremacy. Join either Team Intuition (Team Yellow, Zapdos), Team Wisdom (Team Blue, Arktos), or Team Daring (Team Red, Lavados). Under their flag you can then fight for the arenas, which are placed at hotspots like churches or similar. Pokémon can appear anywhere, though.
Pocket monsters visible on the Pokémon Go Map are randomly loaded into the game’s virtual map by the game server. If several players are playing in the same location, each player can see and catch the Pokémon independently of the others.
Pokémon Go Updates, News, Raids and More
The developers at Niantic regularly provide Pokémon Go with new updates or special raids that should only be tackled in a group of several people. The Pokémon Go Raids are therefore very popular, as they also offer the prospect of particularly rare Pokémon. For example, in the past, legendary Pokémon could always be caught on special occasions (Pokémon Go events). For particularly eager mobile or smartphone Pokémon trainers, there is also an external IV calculator, such as the online tool from Pokemon.gameinfo.io or on Pokefans.net, to check the values of your Pokémon.
