Professional players of the Overwatch League can breathe a sigh of relief

In a meta where barriers are no longer ubiquitous, some damage heroes have proven to be extremely deadly. Therefore, we want to mitigate the damage potential accordingly. As a result, the healing of some support heroes must also be reduced, as less damage is dealt overall.
