Our big FIFA tournament for amateur clubs starts soon

We sing “Olé olé” and “Schalalalala”. Because with our partners, kicker and MateCrate, we are now organizing our big 20 tournament for amateur clubs. Who can join? All! And at the “Home Game Cup”, 1,000 euros are enticing for the team fund.

It’s been pretty quiet on the digital and real football field lately. Because COVID-19 has sidelined many events. But not with us, we continue to say: the lawn must burn! Together with kicker and MateCrate we organize the ” kicker home game cup “.“. Anyone can take part and represent their amateur clubs in FIFA. Of course, everything is corona-friendly in online format. The winner receives 1000 euros for the team fund and there is also a foosball table for the clubhouse to win. Registrations are already underway!

Free choice

When registering (see below), you can specify which club is playing for the title – and the prize money. Important: Each participant should have a direct relationship with the respective club. And since this is meant to be an amateur tournament, no Bundesliga club registrations will be accepted. This also applies to the women’s soccer team, who are of course also part of the game. But don’t worry now, it’s not first come, first served. A club can be represented by several players, but they must register individually. That’s a good thing, because everyone is listed separately in the game plan and has a chance at the title!

participation

The tournament will only start for the PS4 at first – and it will start soon! The first rounds start at the weekend. You then have several days to play the games with the opponent you have been assigned (knock-out system with return leg). The winner should be determined by the end of April. More information on the mode and schedule to come.

To participate in the tournament, you must register on the kicker Discord server, where the tournament is coordinated. Registrations are open until Thursday. Join the Discord server now and register for the tournament!

We have already put together the perfect for the first match: FIFA Points , FIFA Coins and the cheapest icons can definitely be helpful here. The digital ball must roll!

FIFA 22 – FUTs

What could be cooler than just relaxed gaming and doing some sofa sports on the side? In FIFA 22, the player is on the move fast, but without getting sore muscles. With the Ultimate Team Event cards, the collecting instinct is now also satisfied. However, the FUT Heroes keep creeping into my mind, so here are the best Ultimate Team Event cards that are definitely worth adding to your collection.

Heroes cards selected by EA for top qualities

Admittedly, the FUT heroes will cost quite a bit of coin, but it turns out that EA has once again brought some top-class players into the game when it comes to selection. As a collector and hunter, it’s an added attraction for FIFA gamers to now include their own favorite heroes in the portfolio and benefit from their individual skills. Both in the game and in team building, the FUTs will revolutionize the game once again.

EA SPORTS FC: FIFA GAME SERIES TO BE CONTINUED UNDER NEW NAME

Of course, the soccer simulation game series will not be discontinued completely. After FIFA 23, EA will relaunch the game under the name EA Sports FC and market it independently. Old FIFA hares should now become quite an ear, after all, the EA Sports Football Club used to be a part of the actual game for years. A lot of playing was rewarded, points could be collected and items, boosts or balls for the individual game modes could be unlocked.

In this context, there could also be a complete revolution of the classic game. There is a heated discussion in the FIFA community about whether the game, which is expected to be released in the fall of 2023, will be free-to-play. This option is said to be on the table for the game makers from EA, because: It seems that EA earns most of its money with the purchases of FIFA Points in the game mode Ultimate Team and not with the sale of the game itself.
