Piazza is a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer map set in Italy. She was released in the first content pack.
Survival Battle
In Survival Battle, Piazza has no difficulty level, but it plays like a normal map. Players start with USP. 45, two frag grenades, two stun grenades, one revive and 250 body armor. The enemies consist of bomber squads, helicopters, chemical weapons and juggernauts with mission shields.

- In the southeast corner of the map there is a teddy bear in the bell tower.
- In one of the houses there is a golden trophy.
- In the trailer that was supposed to describe this map, the player is playing with a UMP45, but his ACOG sight is still the old version from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.
- The license plates of the cars are all labeled “IW5”, an allusion to the fact that Infinity Ward has released its fifth game with Modern Warfare 3.
- One of the stores is called “Macelleria Equina”, which translates as “horse slaughterer”.
