Heroes Dota 2 – Juggernaut

Heroes (Dota 2)

The heroines and heroes (original: “Heroes”) are the primary playable entities in DotA and Dota 2. In a game, each player takes control of one of the 112 playable heroines and heroes. Each hero and heroine is a character with different attributes, abilities and roles. Each heroine and hero can also be categorized by the default attacks, which happen either in melee or ranged attacks.

Valve plans to develop their own heroines and heroes for Dota 2 after the release of the classic heroines and heroes from DotA Allstars, as Erik Johnson previously announced in a 2014 interview. After the release of Arc Warden in December 2015 and that of Underlord in August 2016, the first hero developed exclusively for Dota 2, Monkey King, appeared in winter 2016, although it was at least based on concepts from classic DotA and appeared there as an boss opponent. The Dueling Fates announced in August 2017 confirmed the release of two completely redesigned heroes.

Juggernaut: “Call me Juggernaut.”

Yurnero, the Juggernaut (Unstoppable Force), is an hero from DotA and Dota 2. Juggernaut is a melee hero of Radiant. In the game, the Juggernaut can take on the role of a Carry and Pusher. Blade Fury lets Juggernaut spin around at lightning speed, making him immune to magical attacks and damaging all surrounding enemies in the process. Healing Ward summons a mobile Ward that heals surrounding allies to a certain percentage of their Health. Juggernaut’s passive ability Blade Dance grants him a chance to land critical hits that allow him to double damage. His Ultimate Omnislash lets Juggernaut, with Aghanim’s Scepter even up to twelve times and reduced cooldown, jump between nearby enemies, dealing physical damage between 175 and 250. During this attack, Juggernaut is also invulnerable and cannot be stopped. However, Juggernaut is unable to determine the targets of Omnislash.

Juggernaut- Hype

Juggernaut defeats his opponents with a whirlwind of sword strikes. He sprints into battle unconcerned, as he is nearly invincible once his attack has begun. Stopping Juggernaut is usually as difficult as surviving him.

Juggernaut- Biography

“No one has ever seen the face behind the mask of Yurnero the Juggernaut. No one knows if he even has one. For defying a corrupt lord, Yurnero was banished from the Isle of Masks – a punishment that saved his life. The island disappeared shortly after in a night of vengeful magic. He is the last survivor to carry on the island’s long tradition of juggernaut rituals and swordplay, the last practitioner of the art. Yurnero’s confidence and courage are the result of endless training; his original blade work proves that he has never stopped challenging himself. His motivations are still as mysterious as his facial expressions. For a hero who has lost everything twice, he fights as if victory were a preordained end.”
