History

Al-Asad’s coup d’état

In order to get the attention of the United States of America and England, Viktor Zakhaev and his father made a deal with Khaled Al-Asad to distract the United States. For this purpose, President Yasir Al-Fulani was executed on public television. Viktor was in Saudi Arabia during the execution, where he rode in the car carrying Al-Fulani to his execution site. While there, he threatened the driver with a mini-Uzi.

Tracked down in Russia

After Al-Asad’s death at the hands of John Price, Imran Zakhaev went into hiding, but his son continued to lead the ultranationalists in Russia. The S.A.S. and the U.S.M.C. allied with the Russian loyalists to stop the two Zakhaevs. Viktor drove to an ultranationalist hideout, but now held by disguised members of the three factions just mentioned, where he was ambushed. He drove into the tower where Griggs and Soap were staying, but survived and was chased through the streets of a deserted small town. The combined forces were able to confront him in a five-story building and trapped him on the rooftop.

Death

When S.A.S. soldier John “Soap” MacTavish reached for his weapon, Zakhaev shot himself in the head with an M1911, committing suicide. As we learn in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, according to the Pentagon, his cause of death was a car accident outside Volgograd.
Viktor’s death took quite a toll on Imran, who immediately took over a missile silo in the Altay Mountains and fired two missiles at the east coast of America. Furthermore, he published an ultimatum addressed to all soldiers from America and England.

Info

• Viktor commits suicide with an M1911, but to add to the drama, the shot sounds like it came from a Desert Eagle.
• Griggs makes fun of Viktor’s status, calling him both “daddy’s boy” and “little snot.”
• Like his father, Viktor speaks a single sentence in the entire game. Unlike Imran, you hear his sentence before he dies. His last words are “You’re all going to die anyway”.
• Viktor’s favorite weapon is the mini-Uzi.
• Viktor always wears the same clothes, a blue tracksuit with stripes.
• Apparently Viktor is also fluent in Arabic, because he speaks it in the car in The Coup d’Etat.
• He is the only one of the four antagonists who is not killed by a protagonist.
• In the DS version, some enemies have a similar appearance to Viktor.
• In the picture you see in the intro of The Sins of the Father, he is holding an STG-44.
• He is the first antagonist to commit suicide, the second being Raul Menendez (depending on the player’s actions).
• When you shoot him, no matter where, he doesn’t die and his name and crosshairs turn green afterwards.

Heroes (Call of Duty)

The Call of Duty series has existed since 2003 and in addition to various spin-offs, including for the handheld systems Nintendo DS and Sony PSP, 14 major titles of the series have now been released. Ever since the first part of the series, great emphasis has been placed on the online multiplayer mode in addition to the single-player campaign, which is also reflected in the development of the shooter series. Since the first Call of Duty, World at War, which was developed exclusively by Treyarch, each part also included cooperative challenges that you could play together with friends. The latest installment, Call of Duty: World War II, also features an extended multiplayer mode that puts you and your friends in the combat zones and famous battles of World War II. Using the divisions, you’ll be able to choose between the deadly sniper and the brute armored division and support your comrades in battle. In addition, World War II also has a zombie mode “Nazi Zombies”, as in its predecessor Call of Duty: Black Ops. Face the monsters of the Third Reich and win glory and honor.
