The Pokémon GO Fest Finale 2022 is just around the corner and will once again bring you numerous spawns and bonuses. We have taken a look at which Pokémon you should definitely secure for the final event.

Which event is it about? After this year’s GO Fest was celebrated in a particularly big way, the developers of Pokémon GO want to bring it to a fitting end with a final celebration. So you can look forward to lots of content for the big GO Fest finale.

One or the other rare specimen is also included, which you should definitely not miss.

When will the event take place? The final event will take place on August 27, 2022, between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm local time. Anyone can participate, but there is some content that is only available to ticket holders.

On the following pages, we’ll show you the rarest Pokémon that you should secure for the final event, and on page 11, we’ll also show you which monsters might still be interesting for you.

How do you find the Pokémon? During the final event of GO Fest 2022, you will once again encounter numerous Pokémon both in the wild and in Raids. And you can also find some interesting Pokémon in the exclusive smoke for ticket holders.

For this reason, you should definitely secure one or the other rare specimen. We have summarized which ones they are in the following. We have based the order on the timing of the event. We also tell you for each Pokémon whether it is only available exclusively for ticket holders or whether anyone can get it.

Why is the Pokémon worth it? Even though Pikachu isn’t usually found very rarely in Pokémon GO, it’s worth picking up the Electro Mouse during the final event. This is mainly due to its unique costume.

Pikachu has dressed appropriately and wears a Shaymin Scarf for the first time throughout the event. In this costume, it can also be caught in its iridescent form, making it a very special specimen.

This is because, as with most of Pikachu’s other costumes, it is not clear if it will be able to be caught in this form again at some point. This makes it especially valuable for collectors.

How can you secure it for the final event? You’re sure to encounter the costumed Pikachu more often during the Closing Event, as it spawns across all habitats and can be obtained regardless of ticket purchase.

If the specimens in the wild aren’t enough, you can also try your Shiny luck in the Level 1 Raids. Pikachu with Shaymin Scarf will also be found there.

Can you catch a costumed Shiny Pikachu? Yes, if you are lucky you will encounter Pikachu in its shiny form. In this one, his body is a bit darker than in the normal variant.
