The football – Season is over: In the Champions League we saw some absolutely amazing matches, in Italy AC Milan was able to win the title again after eleven long years. And in FIFA 22 there is the Team of the – Season  – probably the second biggest event of the year after the TOTY in January .

There were already a few leaks in advance, so the players were already known. The ratings are now official , we are happy about blatant defenders and a blatant Rafael Leao.

FIFA 22 TOTS Serie A: Predictions

Serie A is a lot of fun in the 2021/22 – Season  – we’ve seen a lot of high-scoring games, the fight for the championship was exciting right up to the last matchday and it’s just nice that Juve don’t win the championship ten times in a row in Italy. The FIFA 22 Team of the – Season of Serie A will therefore probably be very mixed…

Serie A TOTS Prediction – Goalkeeper

In goal we go with Mike Maignan from AC Milan. After Gianluigi Donnarumma left Italy for Paris Saint-Germain in the summer , the Frenchman had to fill the hole in the Rossoneri’s goal and did it brilliantly. He is now the undisputed number one goalkeeper and, apart from a few weeks due to an injury, always played. Clearly our first choice as a TOTS goalkeeper!

Serie A TOTS Prediction – Defense

Is Theo Hernández the best left-back in the world? It’s hard to say, but at least in Serie A nobody can get past the French international. A Theo Hernández TOTS card would be extremely nice, quite expensive and would find its place on many Weekend League OP teams .

The defensive back three is completed by Kalidou Koulibaly and Milan Skriniar . While Koulibaly has been a rock in the Serie A surf for years, Skriniar is establishing himself as Inter’s signature signing this – Season .

Serie A TOTS Prediction – Midfield

Domenico Berardi is the current top scorer in Serie A and should have earned a place in the Team of the – Season . Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is also having an outstanding – Season and his goal contributions as a central midfielder are more than impressive. Without the 27-year-old Serb, SSC Lazio would be even worse in the table.

Mario Pašalić joined Atalanta Bergamo from Chelsea for a fee of 14.50 million euros and has really made a difference this – Season . Rounding out our prediction for Serie A Team of the – Season midfield is Hakan Çalhanoğlu , who seems to be easy on Italy.

In the storm, the choice of TOTS in FIFA 22 was relatively easy for us: Ciro Immobile (27 goals) and Dusan Vlahovic (24 goals) lead the scorer list in Serie A and are therefore in our Team of the – Season  . Vlahovic in particular is the shooting star of the current – Season in Italy and has already received an extremely strong card for FUT during the Future Stars promo.

On top of that, we can well imagine EA Sports keeping either Lautaro Martínez or Edin Dzeko a spot on Team of the – Season . The two forwards aren’t having a bad – Season for Inter Milan either, so we wouldn’t complain…

Serie A TOTS Prediction – Bench

With Serie A, EA Sports really has a chance to bring some new faces to the Team of the – Season . We also wanted to take advantage of this opportunity and decided on the above players. All pretty strong this year, but none of them a high flyer. The substitutes’ bench in particular is always incredibly difficult to predict, so don’t be too strict with our prediction…
