The Champions League event “Road to the Final” (RTTF) in FIFA 21 has started. Chelsea FC midfielder Mason Mount is available as a Squad Building Challenge. We show you the cheapest RTTF Mason Mount SBC solution.
FIFA 21 Road to the Final brought us some strong special cards in FUT mode on Friday. Also the English offensive player Mason Mount from Chelsea FC can enjoy a new card. But is it worth it at all?
Quick-Facts about RTTF Mason Mount
- Position: ZOM
- Nation: England
- League: Premier League
- OVR: 83
- Weak foot: 4 stars
- Special moves: 3 stars
- Price: about 80,000 coins
- Expiration: November 13
Is the card worth it?
80 Speed, 81 Shooting, 83 Passing, 84 Dribbling. At first glance, RTTF Mason Mount’s card doesn’t look bad, but it doesn’t look outstanding either. After all, the Englishman with Engine Chemistry Style gets 87 OVR at the ZOM position.
However, it is also important to remember that RTTF maps are dynamic objects. If Chelsea London reaches the round of 16 in the Champions League, Mount’s version will rise to 85 OVR – currently, the Londoners are leading Group E, tied on points with Sevilla FC, and are already as good as through.
It’s a gamble, as theoretically RTTF Mason Mount could rise to 88 OVR if they win the tournament.
RTTF Mason Mount SBC solution: The most favorable way
A total of two teams must be turned in for the map:
- Team with a TOTW player (83 OVR, minimum 75 chemistry).
- Team with a Chelsea FC player (85 OVR, at least 50 chemistry)
Team 1: Top Form
Here we take the route of a Bundesliga team, using Kevin Volland from the current Team of the Week as a TOTW card. Although he now plays in France, he still fits into the team because of the nation.
Team 2: Chelsea
Here we choose an absolute hybrid team of unchangeable players that we still had at the club. Right-back Azpilicueta fulfills the requirement, and after that there are no limits to what we can build. Since just 50 chemistry is needed, almost all leagues can be used here.
FIFA Squad Building Challenges (short SBC)
The FIFA Squad Building Challenges (SBC for short) are about putting together a team according to certain specifications. They are an important part of FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) and bring coins, valuable packs or special cards when fulfilled.
For the most part, you’ll have to line up eleven players that you have in your club and then send this squad off. These players will then disappear from your club. In return, you’ll receive a reward, such as a pack or a special card. As with FIFA 19, FIFA 20 and FIFA 21 we will report about the latest SBCs for FIFA 22 here and help you to judge if it is worth to complete a challenge.
START WITH THE SQUAD BUILDING CHALLENGES
In Squad Building Challenges (SBCs), you can use your player items to build unique teams based on various challenge conditions. You can then submit these to receive bonuses.
Here’s how:
- From the FIFA 22 main menu, select the FIFA Ultimate Team section.
- In the home page section, select Squad Building Challenges and call them up.
- Select the challenge you want to complete. They are grouped by category.
Create a team.
- Using items from your club or from the transfer market, build a team that meets the challenge conditions. Usually this is a mix of player quality, team chemistry, team value, nationalities, leagues and clubs.
Master the Challenge to submit your team and receive bonuses.
- All SBC submissions cannot be undone. Once you complete an SBC, the submitted items will be permanently removed from your club in exchange for bonuses. Our consultants cannot restore submitted items.
- For some SBCs, you will only have a limited amount of time to complete them. Once a challenge has expired, you will no longer be able to submit a team.
More details about SBCs
- Some SBCs consist of multiple challenges with individual bonuses and a larger overall completion bonus. Other challenges are single challenges.
- Some SBCs are repeatable. You have a chance to get different bonuses for each team submission, but you might also get the same bonus.
- SBCs are available in all FIFA 22 versions, but they can vary depending on the platform. Bonuses can also vary from platform to platform.
