The Announcer: Clockwerk is an announcer from Dota 2 that can be used by all heroes of the game.
The announcer was added to the game with a patch from April 03, 2014. It is part of the Clockwer announcer pack.
Function
The Announcer: Clockwerk replaces the statements of the standard Dota 2 announcer with those of the Dota 2 hero Clockwerk.
Like all announcers, the Announcer: Clockwerk can be shared with teammates in a multiplayer game via the Shared Content tab.
Obtaining
You can find the Announcer by purchasing it in the Dota 2 Shop or randomly finding it after completing a multiplayer game in Dota 2. It can also be purchased, along with the Clockwerk Mega-Kill Announcer and the Telebolt Projector, as part of the Clockwerk Announcer Bundle.

Sam A. Mowry, Clockwerk’s voice actor, also voices the five other heroes in Dota 2, Beastmaster, Warlock, Anti-Mage, Slardar, Necrophos, and the Shopkeeper.
