But for this case, there is this review, so here you get everything important on the way. The Bet11 bonus for new customers covers 100% up to 111 euros for your first deposit. To get the money, you first have to use your deposit amount at least once for sports betting. In addition, the bonus amount is subject to a rollover (only) five times; this specifically means that you have to wager up to 555 euros on single or combination bets with odds of 1.9 or more. Intermediate winnings will of course be retained, so your net stake is likely to be a lot lower. You have to start the turnover no later than 30 days after registration and once started you have a relaxed one month time for the rollover. I think these conditions are fair, but there is a mean additional rule that comes into play: Once the bonus is cleared, you can theoretically convert all winnings into real money, but the maximum amount you are allowed to do so is the current amount of the real money account. Since you had to wager the full amount of real money beforehand, you may have already incurred losses and the bonus that can be cashed out will be reduced accordingly. Bet11 does not (yet) have a loyalty program in the classic sense. You can’t earn points and climb up the VIP level. Nevertheless, there is a separate team behind the scenes that monitors your activities and sends newsletters with bonus promotions accordingly. The update takes place every week, so you can also recommend yourself as a VIP at short notice with many and high sports bets. You do not have a direct influence on this, but you are welcome to ask and suggest a fair bonus to Bet11. Apart from the welcome bonus, there are currently two other promotions at Bet11. With the matchday bonus, you are invited to a 100% Bet11 bonus of up to 50 euros on your parallel deposit on Bundesliga matchdays. The rollover is 7 times at odds from 1.9 and a maximum of 50 euros will be added to your real money. In addition, there is a worthwhile cashback bonus, which cushions your losses somewhat. Every customer at Bet11 receives a percentage cashback on their sports betting losses. In a way, you can raise the not-so-good odds a little bit afterwards. To do this, you must participate in the Moneysafe/Mastercard program. If you have registered for the cashback program, the system will check every week whether your lost net bets exceed your winnings, i.e. whether you are in the red. Depending on how serious your losses are (this starts at 50 euros and extends over 5000 euros), you will be refunded between 10 and 20% of the respective sum. Basic bets in the soccer segment
The betting offer of Bet11 is suitable for beginners, but does not stand up to the very ambitious, professional comparison in terms of breadth and depth. For example, the German soccer bets go all the way down to the regional leagues, and the major tournaments and numerous international leagues are of course also represented. I like the really clear layout of the bets, which is certainly also a consequence of the smaller size. You simply click on “Football” in the upper bar and then get all subcategories at a glance in the left menu, peppered with some long-term bets. However, the various betting markets per match are quite sparse and practically never exceed the 100 mark, even in the Champions League. In most of the less prominent matches, you can basically only bet on the tendency, while in the Bundesliga you can still select various special bets such as “First goal in 2nd half” or over/under for corner kicks. Compared to larger betting providers, where there can also be over 1000 individual bets, but that’s a bit little. The newly introduced “odds booster” stands out, because here different odds can be automatically coupled; for example, “Bayern wins the next three match days”.

Sufficiently many other sports
In addition to soccer, I can currently find 22 other sports, which basically cover the crowd-pleasing spectrum. Again, with tennis, basketball, handball and Co. the various competitions are clearly presented in the menu and then the various matches are opened in the middle. Of course, it always depends a bit on which events are currently scheduled, but you will hardly ever experience a three-digit number of bets per sport, and with the markets you are already quite well served with 20 pieces. That is not enough and reduces the betting fun noticeably, if you can practically only aim for the result and a little over/under or handicap. For beginners, however, this is ideal and you will practically never be overwhelmed with strange bets. Unfortunately, Bet11 does not dare to bet on the more exotic sports outside of the mainstream and the e-sports trend has not yet arrived here either. If you are into betting on entertainment or politics, Bet11 can’t win you over either.

Live bets

Beginners can hardly go wrong with live betting either. Under “Now live” you can find the events that are currently running and with “Coming soon” you get a compact live calendar sorted by sport. Comparatively few matches are also offered live. In my case, there were just six sports scheduled for the next day, but on the one hand, this fluctuates greatly, of course, and on the other hand, there are still a sufficient number of individual matches. However, do not assume at Bet11 that your favorite game will be available after kickoff. Nevertheless, there is always something going on and with a click on the betting markets (not on the game itself) you open the live window. On the left you can click through simultaneous events, but unfortunately you can’t hold a real multiview. The main area will then show you the mini-match panel with important events and statistics, but there is no livestream. Updated odds are briefly displayed with green or red bars. In the live betting segment, however, I then clearly miss the additional betting options, in which I can really get up and get creative. If the beginner is still happy that he can bet on the next goal, it quickly becomes monotonous for me, because I am simply used to more live bets. But if the Bundesliga conference comes on, then everything is fine again.

If the betting offer is already a bit poor, maybe the odds offered in the Bet11 test can convince me. For this purpose, I went through the offer and calculated the payout key of ten random outcome bets. Here I come to 94.93 / 94.74 / 92.04 / 89.2 / 88.79 / 87.43 / 95.42 / 91.28 / 91.56 / 88.79% and thus on average to a moderate 91.42%. In other words, Bet11 will take over 8.5% of your average bet. As a rule of thumb, you can remember that the further to the right a bet is in the betting selection, the less lucrative it becomes. For popular soccer matches you get a strong 95%, but in the regions of futsal, badminton and bowls the odds drop mercilessly to below 88%. This is very low, but you may still be able to win regularly if you specialize in these sports and have more knowledge than the average bettor.

Betting Features

There are practically no additional betting functions at Bet11. You usually get some additional information about the matches, such as a form table or goal distributions and certain statistical elements. However, all of this is on a rather rudimentary level and a separate subpage or perhaps a results archive are missing. On the positive side, the betting view is clearly structured and not overloaded with icons. The game events in the live games are also limited to the minimum, even though it is certainly nice that you can at least always see where the ball is at the moment. A cashout of any kind is also missing, whereby Bet11 gives the still young age of its existence (just over a year) as the reason. At the same time, you don’t get any additional features like a betting calculator or customizable bets, which doesn’t really make betting fun for me. Combi and system bets are fortunately available and open up some possibilities for you. You can also search for specific bets, set your own favorites or analyze them under “My bets”, nicely marked by color.

Only Skrill and NETELLER are allowed only from 35 euros, otherwise you can always deposit between 10 and 1000 euros. The only withdrawal option available to you at first is the international bank transfer. According to the statutes against fraud and money laundering, this is always the choice if you have not yet deposited via any other channel. However, if you have already chosen another payment method, your winnings will be paid to you via this method if possible. The processing of your withdrawal request is usually completed the next day and your winnings will reach you quickly. However, the bank transfer still takes a few days (up to 10 according to Bet11). My experience with the first deposit
I also tested the deposit options and bonus activation at Bet11 for you. For this purpose, I deposited 30 euros via Paysafecard and checked whether you will be credited directly with a bonus and what obstacles you should watch out for.

After you have registered, you will see on the homepage that you can already receive a new customer bonus with a simple deposit. Here you can simply click on “Get bonus” and immediately get to the payment menu. Of course, you can also get to the deposit area from your home screen via the menu item “Account”.

At the top of the deposit screen you will see your current account balance. Below the account balance you can first select a deposit amount. I decided to make a deposit of 30 Euros. Overall, the deposit was made with the right payment method without any problems and quickly. You will not encounter any major problems and the bonus activation is also done without any difficulties and immediately.

Reputation & Security

Bet11 has been on the market since mid-2018. The Maltese license of the MGA is a guarantee for your complete security, even if Bet11 comes across a bit clumsy in some places. For example, various subpages, such as the safety statutes or responsible gaming, cannot currently be accessed. Something like this should not happen to a younger betting provider, but after my inquiry in the live chat, they want to take care of it soon. You don’t have to worry about your funds, because they only change hands via reputable payment service providers and every transfer is encrypted with 256-bit and thus deeper than many others. Overall, I trust the reputable provider with my Bet11 experience and see detailed terms and conditions, privacy policy and sports betting rules on demand and via the app. Nevertheless, the available information is already quite thin and does not allow for a personal reference to what is shown. As long as information like the one on gambling addiction is not available, Bet11 is basically in violation of its own license requirements at the moment. However, I see no reason to believe that this is deliberately directed against you. On the contrary, you can take measures to prevent gambling addiction by conveniently requesting limits under “Settings” in the account area. Here you can set maximum stakes and a loss limit per day, week and month, but also a time limit per session or the limited or unlimited self-exclusion. This will then take effect immediately, but relaxation requests will only be activated after a week for your protection. Another clue to the seriousness of Bet11 is the mandatory levy of 5% on every bet. This is annoying for you, since the provider should actually pay the German betting tax itself, but at least you see that Bet11 adheres to government requirements. Service & Support

Bet11’s customer service was very accommodating and informative in my case. I almost had the impression that they want to make up for the fact that there is hardly any other information on the site (especially before registration). The response time in the live chat was surprisingly good and the answers of the German native speaker did not come out of the word box, as is so often the case. Considering that I had a lot of questions after all, I was offered a really good conversation. My Bet11 experience in this regard is dampened by the fact that the chat is only available between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. and that you can only contact the bookmaker via email, in addition to a (poorly implemented) contact form. Bet11 does not list any FAQ for you.

Functions & Design

The design is not even the problem at Bet11, but the usability or the availability of content is. As already mentioned, there is currently hardly any content available from the footer menu, which is already quite sparsely equipped. The betting offer always opens with a certain delay and even in my player account I regularly have to click twice on a link before it loads correctly. The site makes a modern impression overall, but it seems to me more and more as if the programming needs some revision. There is still room for improvement and that will probably happen. Apart from that, I like the look of the site, because it begs for attention with its bright neon green, but still remains clear and you can find the few contents immediately. You can use Bet11 in English as well as error-free German. Of course, there is a certain inconsistency here when you can also register in Turkish. This is what I mean by “clumsy”. Another example of this is the actually well-structured betting slip, which is unfavorably fixed at the top right, so does not scroll down with through the offer. So you select bets, but then see them only when you scroll up again.

Other Offers

This Bet11 review, like Bet11 itself, is limited to the sports betting offer. So there are no other offers. This is perhaps a good way to go in the early days.
