Today, August 3, launches the new Apex Legends – Season 10 and Origin (Emergence) finally goes live. With it also comes the new legend Seer in the popular online shooter. In addition, players can expect the new weapon Rampage LMG, ranked arenas, updates for Edge of the World and more.

The Battle Pass to Origin also offers many new rewards that make the legends even more spectacular: Players can play as Valkyrie with the skin Airy Evolution spread your wings or with Horizons Skin Biotic luminous body Shine. Music packs, loading screens, skydives, emotes, as well as remarks that allow players to further personalize their experience are also included.

Apex Legends: Emergence releases today for free on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and PC via Origin and Steam.

New Legend Seer: With an artist’s eye and the help of microdrones, Seer spots opportunities that other Legends overlook and exploits them in the most beautiful way possible. Seer enters the games as the 18th Legend. This more than doubles the original cadre of eight Legends characters. Seer also brings unique new abilities again.

Passive – Heart Seeker: Visualizes the heartbeat of nearby enemies when aiming over the sights. This allows players to find out the enemy position.

Tactical – Center of Interest: Sends micro-drones that trigger a delayed blast wave that penetrates walls and silences enemies, disrupting their actions and revealing them along with their health bars.

Ultimate – Revelation: Creates a sphere of microdrones that show the footprints of fast-moving, or weapon-firing enemies in the area of effect.

Passive Class Ability – Scout: The scan of surveillance transmitters reveals the next position of the ring.

Map Update: After months of aggressive mining by the Harvester, Rand of the World is overloaded and pushed to its limits. Hammond is attempting to contain the damage caused with weather control machines: While the climatizer rapidly cools temperatures below freezing, the lava siphon stabilizes the caldera.

New Weapon – Rampage: Rampart’s latest invention, the Rampage LMG, provides decent firepower as a powerful heavy weapon. The Rampage excels at medium ranges and its special chamber allows the use of a thermite grenade to overclock the rate of fire.

Ranked Arenas: With the release of Entstehung, Respawn introduces ranked arenas. Players compete in ten ranked matches where their performance determines their MMR (Match Making Rank) and starting rank. This is a head-to-head battle between two teams of three, making the awarding of Ranked Arena points more clear-cut than in Battle Royale with 20 teams.

New Arenas: The arenas map rotation gets another update with three new POIs rotating during the – Season : Hill, Dome and Oasis. With more than 10 maps in the current three-map rotation, the arenas are thus constantly evolving.
