The new skills

With the WoW expansionCataclysm, your warrior can finally level up to the new maximum level of 85. In this way, you will learn three new skills from the teacher that we have only been able to marvel at in the magic book and on the beta server:

Unleash Elements – Level 81:

Instant – 15 second cooldown Focuses and unleashes

the elemental power bound within the Shaman’s weapons. The concentrated effect is the same as the unleashed enchantment. The details of the unleash effects are recorded in the tooltips of the respective enchantments.

Unleash Flames is the relevant effect for you as you smear your weapon with Flametongue Weapon .

Conclusion: At the moment, the effect of Unleash Flames is still quite small and should therefore only be incorporated into your play style if you have to move for a short time and Favor of the Spirit Walker is not ready. However, we assume that Unleash Flames will be boosted a bit more so that it will find a place in your rotation sooner or later.

Spiritwalker’s Favor – Level 85:

Instant – 2 min cooldown

A call for spiritual guidance allows the shaman to move while casting spells with cast time. This spell can be cast while other spells are being cast. Lasts 10 seconds.

Conclusion: The biggest dip in the damage of an elemental shaman has always been observed in phases of a fight with a lot of movement. Sure – most of your attacks have a casting time. That should be over now, thanks be to the spirit walker’s favor. The cooldown is quite high at two minutes. Therefore, make sure that you only use the favor in movement-intensive battles if you really have to move more than two meters.
