The standard enemies and the way through the instance:

The patrol at the beginning of the Azjol-Nerub instance is not yet a problem.

* The net spinners will occasionally trap a random player in a net. Destroy the web as soon as possible, because it only has 1,000 hit points and your opponent can then act again.

After another group, you’ll already face the first boss, Krik’thir the Gatekeeper. But before you take him on, you must first get rid of three of his guards, who also have two spider companions in tow.

* All three guards, like the web spiders before them, can trap players in a web. Their infected bite will inflict a plague that will cause you additional damage. Try to remove them if possible. Each guardian has a unique ability to deal with.

* Silthik attacks with poisonous spit that druids, paladins or shamans can remove.

* Guardian Gashra deals extreme melee damage to the tank during her rampage, so the healer has to stay on the ball.

* Narjil occasionally blinds a player for four seconds, incapacitating them. Also watch out for guard companions, who can be incapacitated with various control abilities such as Penance or Shackles.

* Skirmishers are particularly nasty melee fighters, as they occasionally lose the threat of the tank and pounce on a random player. Stun them if possible, as taunts have no effect.

* The Shadow Throwers, of course, attack with Shadow Lightning and a Shadow Nova. Once all the enemies are defeated, Krik’thir the Gatekeeper will be waiting for you.

In the next section, you will of course continue to encounter nasty spiders. One particularly large specimen, however, doesn’t seem to be making friends with the rest of the nerubians and is fighting its way up the corridors through huge hordes of attackers.

* But this shouldn’t bother you for now, as you’ll encounter three larger groups around an Anub’ar Crusher before then. Although this is quite a strain on the tank, his companions don’t pose much of a threat. They have about 10,000 hit points and do no significant damage. Take care of the small spiders first, and then kill the Crusher.

After that, take the fight to Hadronox, who should have destroyed all the attackers by now.

After the encounter with Hadronox, go through the now empty corridors to a large hole, through which you drop low.

* Once at the bottom, two more primordial guards await the group. Using a skill, they drain your power, causing you to do less damage and increasing your damage. They also spread a magical debuff that damages the party once the target is healed. Then you use Anub’arak on the tank.
