WoW Classic 1-300 First Aid Level Guide for Alliance and Horde

In , the secondary professions of Fishing, Cooking, and First Aid are important both during the leveling up phase and in the endgame, especially for classes that are not so lavishly equipped with buffs and self-healing. In this guide, we will you how to level up First Aid efficiently from level 1 to 300.

To learn the profession of First Aid in World of Classic, you simply need to find the appropriate instructors in the main cities, whose locations you can ask the respective city guards. Initially, there are various instructors in the first major city after the starting area, but the knowledge from journeyman to crafting level 125 is only passed on in the metropolises.

You increase your skill level and thus your knowledge in first aid by making bandages or antidotes. The following rules apply:

Orange : The craft product always grants one skill point.
Yellow : The craft product often grants one skill point
Green : The crafting product rarely grants a skill point
Gray : The craft product does not grant a skill point

Starting at first aid skill level 125, you will need books to advance. The Expert First Aid – Connect But Correct book for advancing to skill level 225 is available to Alliance players from Deneb Walker in Arathi Highlands and to Horde players from Balai Lok’Wein in Dustwallow Marsh. The price for the book is 90 silver. The two merchants also sell two other important books that you will need on the way to skill level 225:

Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage – Cost:22 Silver
Manual: Mageweave Bandage – Cost:50 Silver
Once you reach character level 35 and first aid skill level 225, you will need to complete a quest to unlock the profession level (see also the article image). The “Breadcrumbs” quests Alliance Trauma Surgeon and Horde Trauma Surgeon lead to the quests Triage (Alliance) and Triage (Horde). The Breadcrumbs quests are not mandatory; you can also travel directly to the quest givers Doctor Gustaf Van Howzen in Theramore in the Dustwallow Marshes (Alliance) and Doctor Gregory Victor in Hammerfall in the Arathi Highlands (Horde).

Your task is to save patients by treating their wounds with the triage bandages you receive when you accept the quest. You must save 15 patients before 6 of them succumb to their injuries. Remember to follow the order! Severely injured soldiers die the fastest, followed by the seriously wounded soldiers. Wounded soldiers take a little longer to die. You should save them only AFTER you have taken care of the severely and most severely injured soldiers. Tip: To get a better overview, use CTRL+V to display the injured soldiers’ life bars, stand in the middle of the injured soldiers and zoom out. Then drag the triage bandage quickly accessible on the action bar (e.g. the 1 key) and heal the injured according to the specifications.

Upon successful completion, you will learn the First Aid Specialist skill, which allows you to craft bandages and antidotes up to skill level 300.
