With WoW developers being forced to host BlizzCon online, there was a lack of direct fan feedback on the announcement of WoW: Burning Crusade Classic. That’s why we’re just asking you straight out: Are you hyped for Burning Crusade Classic or can it slip from your hump?
My memories of Burning Crusade back in 2007 are still relatively vivid in my memory. This was my first WoW expansion, my favorite spec finally got some meaning added (mana buff from the shadow priests ftw!) and we were able to get rid of the people from the guild who were slacking anyway and who were only in the raid with it you had soak bodies. It was a cool time. The first guild under your own control. The first grind, which also made sense – just attunements. The Dungeons: Crunchy. The Raids: Crunchy. To fly. A whole new world! Pretty awesome.
And I know that she won’t come back like this for me. Because I experienced all that and the memories of our paladin crying tears of joy, who was finally able to refuel in Hyjal, of our guild leader, who went on vacation for two weeks and practically forbade us to first kill Archimonde (we don’t have either, stupid finger ), or hardcore hard heroic runs in dungeons with the totally inappropriate group composition, but a DpS beast from a hunter .. those memories are all still there.
If I want to see Outland, I fly there. In my eyes, the fascination with WoW (buy now) Classic justified because the whole old world can no longer be found on the live servers. Outland? That’s still there. And has hardly undergone any adjustments over the years. Yes, of course the classes play differently, thanks to thirteen mount-on expansion packs full of class changes. And yes, I would play a Shadow Priest again just for the exciting (to me) Replenish mechanic. And many items are of course also different, thanks to the thirty mounted extensions full of item quishes. But Outland is still the way it was. In my opinion, the incentive for a Burning Crusade Classic is a bit missing.
Now I know a colleague who is passionate about BCC. But for many others, the topic is also, well … in German … past the most valuable pixel butt of their WoW hero. But I miss a cut through the opinion landscape. So tell me in a nutshell: Are you looking forward to Burning Crusade Classic?

World of Warcraft (WoW)
The online role-playing game World of Warcraft (WoW) was released in Europe in 2005 and is an MMO with a subscription payment model. In WoW, players can complete tasks with their characters to improve their hero and meet like-minded players. There are thirteen different races to choose from when selecting a character – six of which belong to only one faction each – as well as eleven classes. In World of Warcraft, players have the opportunity to join the Horde or the Alliance, complete missions and quests with their character in the rich world, and adventure with other heroes in instanced areas for five, ten, and even 25 players. In addition, characters can take up professions, collect pets and mounts, compete against opposing players in battlegrounds and arenas, or simply unwind in the main cities and chat with their guildmates. Guides, news, videos, screenshots, reports and more about World of Warcraft and The Burning Crusade are collected on our topic pages.
