What’s going on here? We were amazed and the controller fell into the cereal: Niklas Süle (26 years) changes from FC Bayern Munich to Borussia Dortmund. Why? Doesn’t the guy want to be champion anymore? Shots fired.
No, seriously, we definitely like the move a lot more than if he were to go to the new sheikh club Newcastle. Nevertheless, the transfer to BVB comes as a surprise. For Borussia, it’s an exclamation point. One would have rather thought that Süle will move abroad. Dortmund can now welcome a German international to their ranks.
For us, of course, this raises one question above all: What will Borussia Dortmund look like in FIFA 23?

It’s a fact that Erling Haaland will leave the club. The speculations are still hot, but as said: In FIFA 23 the super striker from Norway won’t be seen in the jersey of the black-yellow team anymore. So to. 99%. That’s why we have left him out of our “line-up prediction”.
For this, top talent Karim Adeyemi (20) could change from Red Bull Salzburg to Borussia. In our opinion, it is also not settled with a defender. Dortmund is simply not secure enough at the back. Nico Schlotterbeck (22) from SC Freiburg is one of the through starters of the – Season (even if his headliner card is crap). We would like to see him at BVB as well.
Would be a couple of potential next “future stars” who could fit well into the squad. A bit of dreaming will probably be allowed as well. That’s why we’ve included Ousmane Dembélé (24) from FC Barcelona. A return to BVB would be just nice. His contract runs out, so kooooomplett Irre is now also not.

We can’t give you an official launch date for the next part of the FIFA game series yet. EA hasn’t communicated much in this regard yet, so so far we can only assume that FIFA 23 will be released in the period between mid-September and early October 2022, just like its predecessors. In the past years, the latest launch date of a FIFA game was October 06.
