Weapons Call of Duty-Stakeout

The Stakeout is a pump action shotgun from .

: Black Ops

The Stakeout is a pump-action shotgun and is very similar to the W1200 from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Two spare cartridges are on each side of the gun, but they are not usable, as with the M1014 in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. The player clearly swings out with the Stakeout, but since it’s a shotgun, it doesn’t really have any effect. In the beta version, this weapon was called Ithaca, as you can see in the trailer for the betting games.

Campaign

The Stakeout can only be found in the SOG mission. It is located in some of the weapon stashes scattered around the level. Friendly soldiers also carry them. It comes with or without a handle. You can only get the Stakeout by killing an allied soldier or searching a weapon stash. There are two of them in the first bunker.

Multiplayer

The Stakeout is unlocked at level 8. It can hit targets at short to medium range and has the longest range of any shotgun in Black Ops. It does relatively high damage and can kill enemies within its range with one shot, but it depends on how many bullets hit. While the gun actually pumps quickly, you still can’t fire multiple shots in immediate succession, which is a slight disadvantage compared to the other shotguns.

The Stakeout has the lowest dispersion of all the shotguns when firing from the hip (along with the Masterkey), but when you aim, you still make sure that more rounds find their target. This low dispersion ensures that the Stakeout has the longest range for killing, beating out the Olympia a bit.

As for the other shotguns, nimbleness is a good choice, because the reload times are really long. The Pro version of this extra is also useful because it lets you target faster, which isn’t a disadvantage with such a weapon, after all. When reloading with nimbleness, the last two cartridges are used at the same time.

Steady Hand improves the hip accuracy of the Stakeout and makes it possible to land an instant kill from the hip at a further distance, but at close range the weapon is then not as good. You can’t go wrong with Steeled, which allows the Stakeout to shoot better through objects like thin wood or metal. It is recommended to buy the grip for the weapon, because it reduces the recoil when you do not go into the sights and slightly increases the rate of fire.

Survival Stakeout

The Stakeout can be bought on Five, Cinema of the Dead, Ascension, Shangri-La, Call of the Dead and Moon on the Wall for 1500 points and is a great alternative if the player hasn’t found the mystery crate yet. Thanks to its strength, it can be totally relied on between rounds 1 and 10, where it always kills with one hit, and headshots are still enough until round 12. Since the player can buy ammo on the wall, he doesn’t have to worry about it in later rounds. The Stakeout is more effective than the Olympia because it has more shots in the magazine, more ammo overall, and more damage, plus the damage doesn’t decrease creepily from round to round. So if you want a shotgun, you should not hesitate for long when you see the chalk line of this weapon. Overall, it is very similar to the M1897 Trenchgun from Call of Duty: World at War, as both are pump action shotguns with six rounds in the magazine and a long reload time. The Stakeout is one of the best to buy on the wall because you have more ammo compared to others and it kills with one hit until round 12, but as with all shotguns you don’t score many points. From round 13 you need 2 hits to kill a zombie, but you are only rewarded with 60 points. If you are good at canceling the reload to save time, the Stakeout is even better than the shotguns you can pull on the box.

If you the Stakeout, its new name is “mugging”, with a 10-round magazine, a grip, and the ability to always load two rounds at a time, meaning if the gun is completely empty, you only have to insert five rounds. The ambush is quite useful against hellhounds because it always kills them with one or two shots regardless of the round, making it a viable secondary weapon on Kino the Dead. The Raid is undoubtedly better than the SPAZ-24 because you can buy ammo on the wall. Still, the SPAZ-24 has more ammo than the Raid and is fully automatic.

Speed Cola is highly recommended, both for the normal and the improved version, because you have to insert six and five cartridges, respectively, when the gun is empty. Because all shotguns work best in tight spaces, Juggernog is a must. Drinking double-fire malt beer makes the player pump the gun faster and the rate of fire is slightly increased. The weapon benefits extremely from a combination of these three perks. On the maps where it is available, Death Daiquiri is a good choice because you then have the effects of Calm Hand.

Call of Duty

The Call of Duty series has existed since 2003 and in addition to various spin-offs, including for the handheld systems Nintendo DS and Sony PSP, 14 major titles of the series have now been released. Ever since the first part of the series, great emphasis has been placed on the online multiplayer mode in addition to the single-player campaign, which is also reflected in the development of the shooter series. Since the first Call of Duty, World at War, which was developed exclusively by Treyarch, each part also included cooperative challenges that you could play together with friends. The latest installment, Call of Duty: World War II, also features an extended multiplayer mode that puts you and your friends in the combat zones and famous battles of World War II. Using the divisions, you’ll be able to choose between the deadly sniper and the brute armored division and support your comrades in battle. In addition, World War II also has a zombie mode “Nazi Zombies”, as in its predecessor Call of Duty: Black Ops. Face the monsters of the Third Reich and win glory and honor.
