Weapons Call of Duty-HK21

The HK21 is a light machine gun from : Black Ops.

Call of Duty: Black Ops

Campaign

The HK21 is Jason Hudson’s second starter weapon in the Rebirth mission. It is extremely powerful and can take down most enemies with one or two shots to the torso, in the uncensored version it even maims enemies. You can also find her in other missions like mass destruction and numbers. Rarely, it comes with a drum magazine, which gives the weapon 80 shots and makes it very effective.

Multiplayer

The HK21 is available from level 2, as it is part of a standard class. It kills at any range with three shots or two headshots and has a controllable recoil. In addition, it does not reduce damage at a distance. Firefights at long range are still better done in volleys. Along with the Stoner 63, the HK has the smallest magazine among light MGs at just 30 rounds, so the magazine extension is useful, giving the player 60 rounds. The sights, which are open and revealing, still pose a problem for some players. For this reason, you might try a red dot or reflex sight.

Since you move really slowly with the HK21, you should try the Extra Lightweight. Plunderer is recommended because you usually have all your shots fired quickly, best combined with the magazine extension. Bulletproof Vest Pro is usually the best choice for an MG class, because enemy explosives then do almost no damage. Steady Hand improves skills in close quarters combat and is useful when you run into an enemy by surprise. Mask Pro should be used if you are often hit by concussion grenades, which are especially likely to be thrown at players with such a dangerous weapon. Nimbleness Pro is probably the best choice, as it shortens the long reload time of this weapon and allows you to target faster. Warlord is a way to combine the magazine extension with a sight to make enemies easier to spot. As with all light machine guns, Steeled also comes into the closer selection, as this does not reduce the weapon’s high damage when shooting through objects.

Survival

The HK21 also appears in Survival Combat and can only be obtained at the mystery crate. You start with 125 rounds in the magazine and 500 additional bullets. When you punch the gun, it becomes the “H115 Oscillator”, giving it larger magazines of 150 rounds + 750 rounds and higher damage. The HK21 is similar to the RPK, but shoots slower, but it has a larger magazine, does more damage and has more bullets in reserve.

Thanks to the strong power and the extremely many bullets you get, the HK21 is without question one of the best non-wonder you can get in this game mode.

Thanks to the low rate of fire and plenty of ammo, you rather don’t have to worry about looking for a new weapon quickly. Still, the long reload time is a problem, which you can compensate for with Speed Cola. From round 18 on, you should also think about double-fire malt beer, because then the low rate of fire slowly becomes a problem. The HK21 makes the player slower when sprinting, but that’s what Stamin-Up was designed for. All in all, you can only love or hate the HK21. Some will love the ample ammo, but others will despise the gun for its rate of fire and slow movements. It’s best to get a light secondary weapon for situations where running away is better than killing.

Info

  • The HK21 clearly shoots slower in Survival than in the other game modes.
  • In Survival Combat, the HK21 has 125 rounds in the magazine, but still uses the regular magazine and not the drum magazine. The high capacity was used to balance the weapon because in Survival Combat in Call of Duty: World at War, all the light machine guns had over 100 rounds in the magazine.
  • The HK21 has a fingerprint on the back of the sight.
  • When you reload, you have to listen carefully because the sound is the same as the PPSh-41 in World at War.
  • The name of the punched version is a reference to Element 115.
  • Clantags that you place on the gun appear on the rear sight and are properly visible even when you aim.
  • On the Wii, the grip and barrel are black, but on the PC, Xbox and Playstation, these parts have more wooden colors.
  • On the Wii version, the H115 oscillator is green.
  • From the outside, it looks like you can barely see anything when you shoot with the HK21 because the gun generates so much fire up front, but in the first-person view, it’s barely noticeable.
  • In the class editor, the player’s arm slips through the gun.
  • The width of the sight is automatically set to “2”.
  • In the trailer of Call of the Dead, the HK21 is seen with a drum magazine and an infrared sight, but this combination does not appear in the game.
  • In the description of the HK21 in Call of Duty ELITE, it is incorrectly classified as a submachine gun.

Call of Duty

The Call of Duty series has existed since 2003 and in addition to various spin-offs, including for the handheld systems Nintendo DS and Sony PSP, 14 major titles of the series have now been released. Ever since the first part of the series, great emphasis has been placed on the online multiplayer mode in addition to the single-player campaign, which is also reflected in the development of the shooter series. Since the first Call of Duty, World at War, which was developed exclusively by Treyarch, each part also included cooperative challenges that you could play together with friends. The latest installment, Call of Duty: World War II, also features an extended multiplayer mode that puts you and your friends in the combat zones and famous battles of World War II. Using the divisions, you’ll be able to choose between the deadly sniper and the brute armored division and your comrades in battle. In addition, World War II also has a zombie mode “Nazi Zombies”, as in its predecessor Call of Duty: Black Ops. Face the monsters of the Third Reich and win glory and honor.
