Singleplayer

In Call of Duty 4, the weapon is used by the Ultranationalists and the OpFor. In addition, Nikolai uses the AK-74u. In the mission “The New One” you can see the weapon with a grenade launcher. However, this cannot be used and this combination does not appear again in the course of the game.

Multiplayer

The AK-47u has the highest firepower of all submachine guns (?), and has a moderate to high rate of fire of 800 rounds per minute. Its range is the same as the P90 and the Mini Uzi is lower than the MP5 and higher than the Scorpion. Due to its low accuracy, it should be used mainly in the short to the medium range at most. If you use a red dot sight or a silencer, this weapon gets a spread from the hip like an assault rifle, but this can be a big disadvantage with a submachine gun, which makes it best to use it without attachments. The AK47u is the only submachine gun that has good cartridge penetration without depth charge, but depth charge is still a good choice because it can raise the passable cartridge penetration to an excellent level. It does not share its ammunition with any other weapon, so it is quite rare to find ammunition for it on the battlefield. The shoulder belt is a good extra for this weapon as

it consumes a lot of ammo due to its low accuracy and high rate of fire.

Singleplayer

The AK-74u appears in the levels “Crash Site”, “Rebirth” and “Redemption”. It is usually used by the Spetsnaz forces with various attachments.

Multiplayer

The AK-74u is unlocked at level 17 and costs 2000 CoD points. Just like the MP5K, it deals 40 damage at short ranges and 20 damage at medium and long ranges at a rate of fire of 750 rounds per minute. Unlike the MP5K, however, the Ak-74u has significantly less recoil, which is mainly vertical and easy to control. In addition, the AK-74u’s reload time is only 2.1 seconds (2.8 with an empty magazine), making it much faster than the MP5K (2.9 seconds). In addition, its aiming device is far more open and accurate.

Probably the most popular attachment for this weapon is rapid-fire. Due to the still relatively low recoil and a rate of fire of 1000 rounds per minute, the AK-74u becomes an extremely lethal weapon. Unlike many other rapid-fire submachine guns, the AK-74u is still accurate and deadly even at medium ranges. These characteristics of an assault rifle with the maneuverability of a submachine gun probably make this the most talked-about weapon in Call of Duty: Black Ops multiplayer.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

The AK-74u makes its appearance in the Turbulence mission. It was the standard weapon of the Inner Circle along with the PP90M1 and the AK-47. Furthermore, it randomly appears in a few other missions. It is carried by enemies and can be picked up by the player after eliminating them. Besides, it’s the only weapon that can’t be found in multiplayer.

Call of Duty

The Call of Duty series has existed since 2003 and in addition to various spin-offs, including for the handheld systems Nintendo DS and Sony PSP, 14 major titles of the series have now been released. Ever since the first part of the series, great emphasis has been placed on the online multiplayer mode in addition to the single-player campaign, which is also reflected in the development of the shooter series. Since the first Call of Duty, World at War, which was developed exclusively by Treyarch, each part also included cooperative challenges that you could play together with friends. The latest installment, Call of Duty: World War II, also features an extended multiplayer mode that puts you and your friends in the combat zones and famous battles of World War II. Using the divisions, you’ll be able to choose between the deadly sniper and the brute armored division and support your comrades in battle. In addition, World War II also has a zombie mode “Nazi Zombies”, as in its predecessor Call of Duty: Black Ops. Face the monsters of the Third Reich and win glory and honor.
