Valorant has many secrets… as well as the agents. The lore gets more exciting with each act, with each episode, and digs deeper and deeper. I wonder how the stories will change with the new agent Deadeye? But that’s another topic.
Today, we’re talking about 5 facts that will probably make you get to know your favorite agents from a different perspective.
1. Reyna’s little sister was killed. What does Killjoy have to do with it? The story of Reyna’s sister brings some lore secrets with it. According to some theories, even Killjoy is connected to her death! Viper is also connected to it… the Reyna + Viper VERSUS Player Card gives a clear hint. | © EG
2. omen’s real name starts with “yes-“: Jared? Justin? As we already found out in our video about Omen, Viper obviously knows his name. However, she always holds back and always breaks off at Ja-. I wonder what’s behind that? | © EG
3. Raze made her Boom Boy out of an Alarmbot from Killjoy: Raze and Killjoy are probably most connected than you might initially think. They probably even worked together, as you can see on one of the Episoder 1 VERSUS cards. When you work together… you can get away with it. | © EG
4 Cypher’s real name is Aamir, an Arabic name: this probably tells us more of his story than you might think. Translated into German, Aamir means prince. Considering that Cypher has been hiding his identity all this time… he could have been a very important person before the First Light. | © EG
5 Sova means owl: Yes, the owl drone is certainly not a coincidence. The same is the case with Cosmetics and his Gun Buddy. But where does the nickname come from exactly? Did Sova grow up with owls? Anyway, we don’t know yet and look forward to new clues in the next updates. | © EG
Valorant Agent
Agents are the playable characters in Valorant. Each agent belongs to one of four possible classes and has four abilities. In addition, almost every agent represents a country.
There are nineteen agents in total, although in the earliest versions of the game there were only eight. The rest were added gradually.
There are four different classes: Duelist, Initiator, Controller, and Sentinel.
Agents have one Signature Ability which they get free of charge each round.
The riot was meaning to send off the game with 12 agents, however, just 8 were accessible in the early press constructs. On March 29, 2020, a confidential occasion presented Breach. Since the Closed Beta send-off on April 7, 2020, Raze was added alongside the guide Split, bringing the Agent complete to 10.
