Call of Duty: Warzone has pushed the new update 1.56 to the servers. Included are changes to the event rhythms in Battle Royale and the new operator Snoop Dogg. MeinMMO has the complete patch notes.

The free Battle Royale Call of Duty: Warzone is just before its – Season 3 / 2022 on April 27. Before that now came a new update with some changes.

When is the update coming? The patch is already online and you can download it anytime.

How big is the update? On the PS5, the update is around 3.8 GB in size. The size should look similar on the other platforms.

What is in the update? The coveted new operator “Snoop Dogg” went live with the update. You can get his Cosmetic Bundle for 2,400 CoD Points. However, 2 of the 10 items are Vanguard exclusive:

Otherwise, the developers have screwed with the events in the normal Battle Royale. Thus, the events from the previous game mode Vanguard Royale were added and the times of the loadout drops were adjusted:

• Loadout drops
  • First drop comes even earlier
  • Second drop remains in the 5th gas circle
• New in-match events
  • Replenish (refills loot depots again)
  • Cash Drops
  • “Heavy Weapons” Drops
  • Revival
• Guaranteed events at match start
  • Heavy Weapons Crate
  • Loot boxes
• Guaranteed events 4th gas circle

The developers want to further revise the event rotation and respond to player feedback. Increasing the life points to 150 was only the first step.

In addition to the changes, a few bug fixes have also made it into the game:

• More broken spots on the Caldera map fixed
• Fixed problems with the descriptions of the “Fill up” and “Patch up” perks
• Removed incorrect button displays when playing with the controller
• Fixed problem with friend invitations via social menu
• Removed glitch that allowed you to enter the “Golden Bunkers”.

Warzone still removes some bugs before – Season 3 starts again. There have already been first teasers and everything looks like Godzilla is going to haunt Caldera Island.

If you’ve ever wanted a Godzilla movie starring Snoop Dogg, you’ll probably never get as close as you will in Warzone – Season 3.
