FIFA points can only be transferred to the same platform. So, it is not possible to transfer points from PlayStation to Xbox or vice versa. If you switch from a current-gen to a next-gen, transferring is not a problem. Since most gamers among you probably own a PS4, we’ll illustrate the issue with a PS4 example.

So this also applies to the Xbox and next-gen versions. FIFA points will be automatically transferred to the new game as soon as you log in on the same platform. A pop-up window will appear telling you that the FIFA points have been transferred. So you don’t need to do anything else.
