The top 5 agents in the Valorant latest patch 1.07

The latest patch 1.07 brought some changes to the agents. In addition to the strong Sage nerfs, more disliked agents have been buffed, including Breach and again Viper, both of whom continue to lead a shadowy existence. But which agent is statistically the strongest at the moment?

In this list, we’ll show you the top five agents in terms of their WinRate in the latest – and a small spoiler: this list is quite surprising.

The strongest agents in Valorant Patch 1.07

5th Omen (Win Rate 50.7%)

Omen – Death comes from the shadows

Since the release of Valorant, Omen has been one of the most popular characters. His versatile kit makes him a strong agent both defensively and offensively. In addition, his Ulti makes him seem unpredictable to opponents. You should always keep an eye on his back when playing against Omen…. With the Valorant Patch 1.07 the agent was removed for a short time due to two bugs, but didn’t receive any changes beyond that. However, the strong Sage and Killjoy nerfs should have catapulted him further up the rankings. With a strong pick rate of 42.6%, he is winning just under 50.7% of his games.

4th Cypher (Win Rate 51%)

Cyper – The NSA of

Cypher consistently enjoys a very solid player fanbase and can be just the right agent in certain situations. If you use your correctly, you have a lot of information about enemy positions and can exclude certain map sectors to create a superiority situation elsewhere. Like Omen, the more defensive character didn’t undergo any changes in patch 1.07, but definitely benefits from the strong Sage and Killjoy nerfs. With a solid pick rate of 25.4%, he wins just under 51% of his games.

3. Brimstone (Win Rate 51.3%)

Brimstone – Smokes for days

With Brimstone you have more possibilities than with any other agent to make certain choke points permanently difficult to overcome. He can lay the most smokes of all agents at the same time and thus seal off a complete spot. Since Valorant Patch 1.04, however, he has lost some popularity after his Ulti was increased in cost from 6 to 7 points. On top of that, his playmaking abilities are only limited due to his solid but not very spectacular kit. Still, Brimstone is a true powerhouse and ranks third on this list with a Win Rate of 51.3%.

2nd Viper (Win Rate 52.8%)

Viper – Better not get into the snake pit

For a long time, Viper was considered the sad duckling of the Valorant Agents. She could neither impress with a solid pick rate nor with a convincing win rate. Since patch 1.04, however, this has changed rapidly. Without exception, every one of her abilities received strong buffs from , making her a much stronger opponent than before. With patch 1.07, she was strengthened once again. However, due to her very unfamiliar kit, she still doesn’t get beyond “pocket pick” status. Played correctly, however, it can become a decisive factor. With a win rate of 52.8%, she sits at number 2 on this list.

1st Breach (Win Rate 53.2%)

Breach – Watch out or you will feel dizzy

Admit it, you certainly didn’t expect this number 1. As far as Breach is concerned, opinions have always been divided. Celebrated as a game changer by some, some Valorant players might not even know him. The reason for this is probably his abilities, which need a more experienced hand to be used properly. With patch 1.07, Riot has made further improvements to the agent in order to boost its popularity. The success of this measure is questionable. With a pick rate of 9%, he is by far the most unpopular character and is probably only played by the Breach-Mains at the moment. This might explain his current win rate of 53.2%.
