The Go Fest Closing Event 2022 is upon us!

Man, what a three months it’s been. And August 2022 is not over yet, because on Saturday, August 27, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (local time). the final event of Pokémon Go Fest 2022 will take place. We had the Pokémon Go Fest at the beginning of June, where everyone in the world could participate. Finally, we had the live events in Berlin, Seattle, and Sapporo, and we unlocked the hyper bonus through global challenges.

The final event can be played for free. For Go Fest Ticket holders, however, there are a lot more Pokémon to catch and also certain bonuses, which you can read about below. If you bought a ticket for the digital Pokémon Go Fest 2022 at the beginning of June 2022, you will receive the ticket for the final event for free! Tickets can also be purchased at a later date. The purchase option is displayed at the very top of the in-game store. The prices are 10.99 euros (Apple) or 12.99 euros (Google), depending on the store. If you already own a ticket or buy a ticket, you can give a ticket to up to three friends for 4.99 euros each.

Go Fest closing event without ticket

Any trainer can participate in the Go Fest closing event – you don’t necessarily need a ticket to do so. What content all players can look forward to:

  • There will be a short special research. The special research must be picked up during the event period. After that, the research can be completed at any time.
