What has always been special about the FARA 83 is its, for an assault rifle, very high rate of fire in combination with a well controllable recoil. As recent statistics have shown, it is currently one of the weapons with the fastest time-to-kill at medium ranges up to 60 meters. Of course, this is only true in theory if you hit every single bullet, but it’s still a good indication of the weapon’s potential. So let’s take a look at the best FARA 83 setup and loadout for Warzone.

FARA 83 Warzone setup

Range and bullet speed are probably the most important stats of a weapon in Warzone. So we try to increase these two stats and further reduce recoil. Overall, we want an assault rifle that is as balanced as possible and effective at any range.

With these attachments, we achieve that with the FARA 83:

• Muzzle: GRU muzzle flash hider
• Barrel: 18.7″ Speznas RPK barrel
• Sight: Axial Amrs 3x
• Underbarrel: Speznas handle
• Magazine: Speznas 60-round magazine

With the barrel and the silencer, we increase the range and the bullet speed to be able to hit accurately at long distances. The underbarrel, on the other hand, ensures that we can control the gun easily, allowing us to fire precise shots. When it comes to the sights, the choice is not difficult; the Axial Arms is simply the best sight in Black Ops Cold War for medium to long distances. The large magazine, on the other hand, is a must. We always want to have as many bullets as possible in the magazine in Warzone so that we have to reload as little as possible.

With the above setup, we are quite well equipped for almost any situation with the FARA 83, which is why we for once forgo a second primary weapon. Instead, we take the tilt-barrel revolver with us as a secondary weapon. The little beast works like a small pocket shotgun with the right ammo. Besides, we don’t use our secondary weapon as much as you might think anyway. So until we find a better weapon in the normal loot, the tilt barrel will do for now.

As for the perks, we go for the standard selection of Cold Blooded and Combat Scout. The latter marks shot or suppressed enemies as a red outline, even through walls or other cover. Cold-blooded, on the other hand, ensures that the combat scout perk of other players does not work on us. Since we don’t have a second primary weapon in Laodout, we can substitute Overkill this time. We decide to use the long-lasting “Ghost”, which hides us even better from our enemies. As for the equipment, we advise Thermite or Semtex. Both are excellent grenades, both against infantry and vehicles. Finally, we rely on stun or stun grenades, both of which are perfect for surprising enemies, escaping quickly, or using the hit markers to check whether enemies are lurking around the next corner.
