In just 3 seconds, a Twitch streamer has lost everything. pplehx is live on Twitch playing CoD Vanguard – the game in which he is ranked – No. 2.

Then he briefly has technical problems. For 3 seconds his stream jerks. His image capture program apparently briefly loses its bearings and doesn’t know what it’s supposed to be filming. The streamer complains about the jerks, but his viewers see more than they should:

For 3 seconds, crystal clear wallhacks are visible in the stream. The viewers finally see what the player also sees, namely red-rimmed enemies, even through walls.

The new ranked mode in CoD Vanguard has a solid cheat scandal. The streamer subsequently deletes his Twitter and Twitch accounts. But in social media circulating images that show how the cheater explains his wallhacks.

“I didn’t know how to turn it off again”.

pplehx apparently meant that he had only started wallhacking after he was already 2nd on the leaderboard. He was then asked why he needed cheats when he was already so high up.

The explanation caused raised eyebrows: “I’ve got [die Wallhacks] Used for the diamond camo and didn’t know how to turn it off again.”

So the second best player in the world is said to have used tangible wallhacks to help out with unlocking weapon skins. Then he simply didn’t know how to turn the cheats off again, and apparently just accepted them with a shrug.

This serious oversight had pplehx probably well and knowingly hidden, because the “unwanted” advantage he never mentioned before the fatal Twitch clip, explained or asked for help.

Noticed: In the clip showing the cheats, he doesn’t use the diamond camo at all. His primary weapon even has the default skin. Maybe also because the diamond skins aren’t necessarily pretty.

For this explanation, pplehx is laughed at on social media. FPS pro Ian “Enable” Wyatt doesn’t even have to explain why this excuse is ridiculous – he just repeats it and garnishes the statement with 3 emoji:
