Riot Games introduces Valorant Agent Phoenix in gameplay trailer

The new tactical shooter from continues to take shape. A new gameplay trailer presents Agent Phoenix and his fiery abilities in detail.

At the beginning of March, Rio Games finally announced Valorant, the company’s own tactical shooter that will take on Counter-Strike and on the PC in summer 2020.

In the character-based multiplayer shooter, two teams of five players each fight for victory, while the player slips into the skin of an agent who has access to four unique abilities. Phoenix – First agent for Valorant presented in detail

The first character from the Valorant roster, which Riot Games presents in detail, is Phoenix – a strong warrior from Great Britain, who goes into battle with fire magic. Visually, the agent reminds a bit of supporter Baptiste from Blizzard’s hero shooter Overwatch, but from a gameplay perspective, the two don’t have much in common.

Agents are the playable characters in Valorant. Each agent belongs to one of four possible classes and has four abilities. In addition, almost every agent represents a country.

There are nineteen agents in total, although in the earliest versions of the game there were only eight. The rest were added gradually.

There are four different classes: Duelist, Initiator, Controller, and Sentinel.

Agents have one Signature Ability which they get free of charge each round.
