What is building? In Fortnite Battle Royal, you can build in different modes. You collect resources by mining materials that you get from buildings, trees, stones or much more. With these materials you can build constructs that will give you an advantage in battle.

Whether this is a simple staircase or a cover in the form of a house is up to you. Building is supposed to help you in many situations, but many players can’t do much with it.

Sweaty construction fights could be a thing of the past

Fortnite leaker “GMatrixGames”, has posted an interesting discovery on Twitter. He noticed a new playlist in the data, which is listed under the name “No Build Duos”.

Players on reddit are now speculating whether this will be a mode that does away with the hassle of building. Some players are therefore breathing a sigh of relief, because many play Fortnite, but can do little or nothing with the build mode.

They lose a battle because of this, as this feature usually takes practice and time to get comfortable with.

What do players think of the find? Some are excited about the idea of finally being able to gamble and fight without building. They describe their building skills as poor and think that they only build items when they panic. That’s why they comment with statements like:

As a person who just doesn’t like building, I’m more than hyped.

Another player meant the following:

I like building, but I would also like to see what the game would be like without it.

Would this mode be successful? It’s clear that such a change would bring a bit of variety. Sometimes it could even get old hands from “Chapter 1” times to start playing Fortnite again.

In Chapter 1, building was rather incidental. Players were happy if you could just conjure up a building or a cover.

Nowadays, some sweaty players build giant constructs at lightning speed, and if you can’t keep up with such experts, the battle is already decided. Whether or not this mode will be successful is yet to be seen. If Epic Games decides to release this mode, funny clips will surely be created.
