PoGO – Pokémon Go: The cartoon week with Shiny Tragosso – Research Guide

After Halloween, the developers of Pokémon Go are launching a new event week, Cartoon Week, to celebrate the animated Pokémon Travel: The Series. Look forward to dazzling Tragosso and disguised Pokémon, as well as a new Temporary Research to sweeten the gray autumn days.

Halloween 2020 isn’t even over in Pokémon Go yet, and the developers of the pocket monster-collecting app are already announcing the next event, which will start at 08:00 on November 6, 2020. That’s when the 2020 cartoon week gets underway, celebrating the series Pokémon Journeys: The Series will be celebrated. In it, the main characters Ash and Goh experience all kinds of exciting adventures. And you can look forward to some special features during the event!

Pikachu, for example, appears with a world travel cap and can even be caught as an iridescent. Lugia will enter the Tier 5 Raids. In the wild, you’ll find Pokémon like Bisasam, Owei, Tragosso, Sichlor, Dratini, and Feurigel – and you can even catch Tragosso as an Iridescent if you’re lucky. We have the details below. After that, we’ll prepare the list for the steps and rewards of the Limited Research for Cartoon Week. Attention: We will add these details as soon as they are known!

  • The event cartoon week begins on November 6, 2020 at 08:00 local time and ends on November 12, 2020 at 22:00 local time.

  • Pikachu with a world travel cap will appear in the wild. If you’re lucky, you’ll even meet an Iridescent!
  • From November 6, 2020 in the morning hours until November 16, 2020 at 10:00 p.m., Lugia returns in Stage 5 Raids – this time with the attack Air Blast!
  • Pokémon like Bisaknosp, Pinsir, Relaxo, Golgantes, and more will appear in Raids.
  • You can look forward to encounters with the following Pokémon that will appear more frequently in the wild: Bisasam, Owei, Tragosso, Sichlor, Dratini, Feurigel, and more! If you’re lucky, you might even encounter an Iridescent Tragosso!
  • Pichu, Mantirps, Riolu and Tragosso will hatch from 7-km eggs.
  • Take part in new Temporary Research Tasks reminiscent of several episodes of the recent animated series Pokémon Travels: The Series!
  • Goh might make an appearance in GO Snapshot! So be sure to snap some shots during the event!

Pokémon GO

Pokémon Go is the mobile spin-off of Nintendo’s popular Pokémon game series for Android and iOS. It is a so-called “location-based game”, i.e. a game that uses the player’s immediate surroundings. It is based on the principle of augmented reality.

Pokémon Map: Between landmarks and sights

Pokémon Go uses a Global Positioning System (GPS) to determine the player’s location and displays it on a map that also represents the playing field. The map is based on OpenStreetMap maps. The game is played mostly outdoors and uses landmarks, landmarks and other notable or eye-catching objects in the world to position either PokéStops or arenas there for you to battle for supremacy. Join either Team Intuition (Team Yellow, Zapdos), Team Wisdom (Team Blue, Arktos), or Team Daring (Team Red, Lavados).
