First they tapped into the Pokéstops, now they’re taking over the rest of Pokémon Go: Team Rocket has spread out and is making the world of Pokémon Go unsafe. Until August 1, you’ll encounter more of Team Rocket’s signature Pokémon like Rettan, Mauzi, Smogon, and Sarzenia. You will also have the chance to get some new Shinys.

Team Rocket is not only taking over the Pokéstops in Pokémon Go with its Crypto Pokémon, but is now showing up in other areas of the game. From July 25 to August 1, more Pokémon that fight for Team Rocket will appear and hatch, and some of the raid bosses have also been replaced with Team Rocket Pokémon. So you have an increased chance to meet the dazzling variants of Rettan, Smogon Sniebel and many more mon. Pokémon GO

Pokémon Go is the mobile spin-off of Nintendo’s popular Pokémon game series for Android and iOS. It is a so-called “location-based game”, i.e. a game that uses the player’s immediate surroundings. It is based on the principle of augmented reality.

Pokémon Map: Between landmarks and sights

Pokémon Go uses a Global Positioning System (GPS) to determine the player’s location and displays it on a map that also represents the playing field. The map is based on OpenStreetMap maps. The game is played mostly outdoors and uses landmarks, landmarks and other notable or eye-catching objects in the world to position either PokéStops or arenas there for you to battle for supremacy.
