PoGO – Pokémon GO: How to evolve your Evoli to Aquana, Blitza, Flamara, Nachtara or Psiana

You can currently get five evolutions in Pokémon GO, and with Folipurba and Glaziola, the fourth generation could soon bring two more Evoli evolutions into the game. With which simple tricks you can develop your Evoli into Aquana, Blitza, Flamara, Nachtara or Psiana, we show you in our .

On August 11 and 12, Niantic is giving Pokémon GO’s undisputed evolution record holder Evoli its own two-day Community Day. With Aquana, Blitza, Flamara, Psiana and Nachtara, the fluffy normal Pokémon currently has five different evolutions. With the fourth generation, for which there are first hints but no official confirmation, the two evolutions Folipurba and Glaziola could soon be added.

An Evoli evolution costs you just 25 candies – but it’s up to chance which pocket monster your Evoli will mutate into. But you can help your luck with two simple tricks: We’ll show you how you can guarantee that your Evoli will evolve into Nachtara, Psiana, Flamara, Blitza or Aquana.

Trick 1: Change nicknames

Die-hard fans of the anime series may still darkly remember the Evoli brothers Rainer, Sparky and Pyro, as well as the Kimono sisters Karina (in the original: Tamao) and Sakura, who appeared as trademarks with a certain Evoli evolution in tow. If you name your Evoli after one of the five trainers, your pocket monster will evolve into their signature Pokémon. To do this, select your desired Evoli, tap on the gray pencil next to the Pokémon name and enter the corresponding trainer name in the field:

  • Rainer evolves your Evoli to Aquana (Water),
  • Sparky evolves your Evoli to Blitza (Electric),
  • Pyro evolves your Evoli to Flamara (Fire),
  • Sakura evolves your Evoli to Psiana (Psycho)
  • and Tamao evolves your Evoli to Nachtara (Unlight).

Afterwards confirm the new nickname, tap on “Evolve” and be happy about your desired Evoli. But beware: Unfortunately, this trick only works once per name.

Trick 2: Evoli as buddy Pokémon

Once you’ve used up your nickname quota, your Evoli will randomly evolve into Aquana, Blitza, or Flamara – there’s no other trick here. For Psiana and Nachtara, on the other hand, you’ll have to work a little harder:

  • Choose the Evoli you want to evolve as a buddy.
  • Run ten kilometers (or better, a little more than 10 kilometers) and collect two candies with your buddy. Important: This also applies to events where you can collect a bonus for less than five kilometers.
  • If you develop your buddy during the day, you will get a Psiana, at night a Night Macaw. You can use this trick as often as you like. However, the Evoli must still be your buddy!

Pokémon GO

Pokémon Go is the mobile spin-off of Nintendo’s popular Pokémon game series for Android and iOS. It is a so-called “location-based game”, i.e. a game that uses the player’s immediate surroundings. It is based on the principle of augmented reality.

Pokémon Map: Between landmarks and sights

Pokémon Go uses a Global Positioning System (GPS) to determine the player’s location and displays it on a map that also represents the playing field. The map is based on OpenStreetMap maps. The game is played mostly outdoors and uses landmarks, landmarks and other notable or eye-catching objects in the world to position either PokéStops or arenas there for you to battle for supremacy. Join either Team Intuition (Team Yellow, Zapdos), Team Wisdom (Team Blue, Arktos), or Team Daring (Team Red, Lavados). Under their flag you can then fight for the arenas, which are placed at hotspots like churches or similar. Pokémon can appear anywhere, though.

Pocket monsters visible on the Pokémon Go Map are randomly loaded into the game’s virtual map by the game server. If several players are playing in the same location, each player can see and catch the Pokémon independently of the others.

Pokémon Go Updates, News, Raids and More

The developers at Niantic regularly provide Pokémon Go with new updates or special raids that should only be tackled in a group of several people. The Pokémon Go Raids are therefore very popular, as they also offer the prospect of particularly rare Pokémon. For example, in the past, legendary Pokémon could always be caught on special occasions (Pokémon Go events). For particularly eager mobile or smartphone Pokémon trainers, there is also an external IV calculator, such as the online tool from .gameinfo.io or on Pokefans.net, to check the values of your Pokémon.
