The developers of Pokémon Go recently launched the hatching marathon in the AR app to celebrate the release of the first evolutions from Generation 4 – and to boost sales of the Special Box, Super Box and Hyper Box. Because, of course, the boxes were provided with new content tailored to the hatching marathon. Before we get into the exact contents of the boxes, we’d like to make the following announcement in advance: Raiders better look away if they’re not interested in the hatching machines.
And the breeders among you, who still want to have one or the other bonbons for the Gen-4 Evos, should still consider that the currently coveted Pokémon are in the 2km eggs, not in the others. The general conclusion of the Pokémon Go Hub authors is that the current sale is well worth it, especially if you want Raid Passes and Hatchery Machines – you’ll definitely save Pokécoins. However, the number of Premium Raid Passes has been reduced once again, whereas the number of Spawn Machines has been buffed a bit. You won’t be offered any star pieces, which are interesting if you want to level up your Generation 4 evolutions quickly. As mentioned earlier, keep in mind that the currently interesting Pokémon for a quick powerup of the new evolutions come from the 2km eggs. They sort of hatch themselves. However, there are also six baby Pokémon from Generation 4 that have yet to be released. If you want the hatchers, consider saving them for the new babies rather than burning them on 2km eggs now.
The special box is aimed at players who haven’t played PoGo for a while or who have just started playing. For a fair price you not only get egg incubators, but also two raid passes. It’s worth it if you want to get a taste of the raids. Of course, you can also save money with the Superbox, but hardcore players will prefer the Hyperbox. After all, for the 700 Poké Coins more, you get the outstanding amount of twelve Super Spawn Machines – even though it could have been one or two more Premium Raid Passes.
