Update from February 14, 2022: Deoxys (Normal Form) has not been available in Pokémon Go for a super long time, because the Pokémon was actually only available via the invitation-limited EX Raids. However, since the Corona Pandemic has taken over the world, EX Raids have been paused and therefore you can look forward to lots of Deoxys in Tier 5 Raids. This was the case after Pokémon Go Fest 2021 and is also true for Johto Tour 2022. Deoxys (Normal Form) will spawn from February 16, 2022 starting at 10:00 am until February 19, 2022 at 10:00 am – accordingly, Deoxys (Normal Form) will be the star of the Legendary Raid Hour on February 16, 2022 between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Pokémon Go: Deoxys (Normal Form) as Raid Boss
Deoxys is a mysterious Pokémon, as mentioned above, and belongs to the Psycho type, and should therefore be challenged to battle with Unlight or Spirit attackers. As a raid boss, Deoxys (normal form) has 50,271 CP and is boosted to level 25 in windy conditions. Accordingly, his possible instant attack Zen Headbutt and charge attack Psyschub then cause more damage – fortunately, Unlight attackers in particular take this relatively well without batting an eye. Deoxys (Normal Form) can also use Charge Beam (Electro, Instant), Lightning Cannon (Electro, Charge), and Hyper Beam (Normal, Charge), but even these shouldn’t be too dangerous for your chosen fighters. If you want your Unlight and Spirit fighters to really hit the ground running, attack Deoxys (Normal Form) in Fog.
