Riot Games has announced that Valorant will not be receiving a Pcth 2.10, instead going straight to 2.11. Here’s why that is and when the next Valorant update is expected.
If there’s one thing that happens constantly in Valorant, it’s the release of new skins. That and regular updates that come every two weeks (so…. there are two things that happen constantly in Valorant, you know what I mean). Sometimes updates appear even more often, but this time it will be a bit different, as Riot Games revealed that Valorant will skip patch 2.10.
Valorant Patch 2.10 cancelled
Valorant is skipping patch 2.10 and going straight to patch 2.11. This information comes directly from the official Valorant Twitter account.
Periodically, we need to update the engine for our game. Because of these updates, we want to take a lot of time to test it and have a stabilization period before we launch it. So there will be no patch 2.10. The next update will be patch 2.11, around June 8th.
Valorant Patch 2.10 was supposed to be released next week, but now that won’t be the case. Riot Games seems to be making some changes lately: First there was no new agent in Episode 2 Act 3, and now the latest patch will be delayed for almost a whole month. Previously, the development team talked about Yoru buffs, which many players were expecting with patch 2.09. Since that didn’t happen, many were looking forward to patch 2.10, but now the patch is cancelled, so… sorry, Yoru.
Whatever the developers had planned for patch 2.10 – it will probably be released with patch 2.11.
Valorant Patch 2.11 Release Date
Valorant Patch 2.11 is expected to be released around June 8. According to the tweet above, it should be released “around June 8.” Whether that is the final release date of Valorant Patch 2.11 remains to be seen.

What is Valorant?
Valorant initially appears to be a cross between CS:Go and Overwatch . A competitive shooter where two small teams compete against each other.
Your team is either ready to attack or defend, with the attackers placing a “stinger” (essentially a bomb) that the other team must then defuse or preferably prevent you from placing at all.
The attacking team can win by either eliminating the defenders or placing the stinger and then protecting it from defusing until the timer runs out. The defenders can similarly win by destroying the attackers before they have a chance to plant their stinger, or disarming the stinger after it has been planted.
Each team of five can play as both attackers and defenders during a game. Each game has a total of 25 rounds, with the first team to win 13 rounds declared the winner
