Patch 3.05 for Valorant will be released in a few days. And if we can believe the leaks, the patch will turn the game upside down!
Two days are left until the release of Patch 3.05 and the new Valorant Act. So far we know about the new map ‘Fracture’ and new skin collections. But this should not be enough. As some leaks have told us, the new patch is also supposed to mix up the existing meta, because nerfs and competitive updates are coming. Even though these are only leaks and thus unconfirmed information, we still take a look at them and look into the future of Valorant. These are the leaks from the Content Creator Patch Notes.

Valorant Patch 3.05 Leak: This is what’s changing for the agents
These changes won’t completely turn the meta upside down. Actually, we are expecting more nerfs/buffs for the final version of Patch 3.05, but so far we only know about these small shifts. You’d better take a look at them, though. Maybe your agent will play differently from now on!

Patch 3.05 Leak: Competitive Update
But what are the changes in the combat now? Will there be any impact on competitive gameplay? One thing in advance: we’ll get two weeks to dive into the new map ‘Fracture’ and try it out. We kind of expected that. What surprises us, though, is a change in the rank system. Immortal ranks 1, 2 and 3 are returning! You heard right. The leaks indicate that there will be a new distribution within the ranks and the Immortal rank will be split into three tiers again. All players who already have Diamond 1,2 or 3 will also be automatically promoted to the Immortal rank. So if you’re close to Diamond…. better dig in. You have two days left – good luck!

Patch 3.05 Leak: What about a new Valorant agent?
Unfortunately the leak doesn’t give any information about a new Valorant agent… But there are still two days left, so who knows? There are also no hints about the new Zedd skins, the Viper nerfs or the rework of Yoru. What does that mean? The Content Creator Patch Notes probably don’t cover all the changes in Valorant Patch 3.05. So we’ll have to be patient a bit longer. Because as we already hinted at the beginning of the article…. The update could be one of the most significant in the history of Valorant!

What is Valorant?
Valorant initially appears to be a cross between CS:Go and Overwatch . A competitive shooter where two small teams compete against each other.
Your team is either ready to attack or defend, with the attackers placing a “stinger” (essentially a bomb) that the other team must then defuse or preferably prevent you from placing at all.
The attacking team can win by either eliminating the defenders or placing the stinger and then protecting it from defusing until the timer runs out. The defenders can similarly win by destroying the attackers before they have a chance to plant their stinger, or disarming the stinger after it has been planted.
Each team of five can play as both attackers and defenders during a game. Each game has a total of 25 rounds, with the first team to win 13 rounds declared the winner
