Jim Raynor was born on Mar Sara and raised by his grandfather, who taught him much about hunting and shooting. As he grew older he fought in the unit ‘Heaven’s Devils’ against the Kel-Moria Combine, but was withdrawn for insubordination and met Tychus Findlay at Camp McIntyre, who would later serve him faithfully.
Planets #Starcraft – Korhal.
Korhal IV is the headquarters of the #Terran League, and its irradiated surface is a common testament to humanity’s warlike past in the Koprulu Sector. The planet is the fourth in the Korhal system and is often simply called “Korhal”. It was green and had a mild climate when it was colonized by the #Tarsonian settlers in the early years of #Terran expansion.
#Starcraft Units – Banshee.
The #Terrans have conducted numerous experiments with aircraft intended for use in air-to-ground attack. Many of the efforts came to a dead end and were eventually abandoned: guns for landing ships,
remote-controlled semi-autonomous drones, and flying artillery platforms, to name a few. The constant compromises eventually led to converted variants of the air superiority fighter ‘Star Fighter’,
#Starcraft Missions – Veterans.
For this mission, the presence of “Ferocious Mutation” is a crucial advantage. This makes it easy to destroy the base in the east (1) in the beginning and in the golden expansion (2) without any major problems, since the zerglings and banelings don’t actually die before they can do the damage to the terran units.
#Starcraft Buildings – Barracks.
The Barracks (Rax for short) is the infantry production building for #Terran; allowing them to build Marines, Marauders, Reapers and Ghosts. It is commonly used as part of a #Terran wall-in and can be lifted off the ground and landed elsewhere after it has been constructed.
