Overwatch update improves communication

A very unusual developer update announced new features for Overwatch’s communication wheel – with tons of new messages to use in the heat of battle, supported by custom voice lines for all 32 heroes.Better communication and more.

Doomfist’s cybernetic implants make him a mobile front-line fighter with a lot of penetrating power. With his hand cannon he also causes ranged damage, but his strength lies in close combat: With one blow Doomfist makes the earth tremble, hurls opponents into the air or makes them stagger, or he plunges into the middle of the fray with his steam hammer.

Starting with – Season 23, both role selection and free role selection will be available in ranked matches. There will be separate queues, so teams from role selection will not play teams from free role selection. Free role selection will have its own level of play (SN) and leaderboard, separate from role selection’s role-specific SNs and leaderboards.
