Roadhog refuels for his allies by being a large, threatening, and resilient target that draws fire from the enemy team. We reduce the recharge amount for ultimate abilities he grants so he can better fulfill his role without putting his team at great disadvantage.

Enemies now generate 25% less charge to their ultimate ability when dealing damage to Roadhog.
SOLDIER: 76
The damage that the Heavy Impulse Rifle deals per shot has since been adjusted several times, as it is important to adjust this value precisely in Soldier: 76. Most recently, it was reduced when scatter was replaced by recoil to compensate for the higher accuracy. But with the latest toning down of its damage reduction at long range, it stands to reason that we should increase its damage dealt again while toning down its area healing a bit.

WRECKING BALL
Wrecking Ball is the fastest hero in the game, which fits well with his disruptive play style. However, his Wrecking Ball will now begin a cooldown after resurrection to somewhat reduce his ability to stop targets. Proximity mines will no longer stick to walls, as they were often accidentally placed in a pile out of range of most enemy targets, rather than being targeted and used wisely.
