Maps Counter Strike – Train

Maps Counter Strike - Train is a bomb scenario map in Counter-Strike , Counter-Strike: Source , and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive . It is set in a freight yard, where there are parked wagons representing the terrorists ‘ target . For Global Offensive , the map was originally released with the game, but in December 2014 it was changed visually and partially in terms of gameplay.

Construction

Train is set in a freight depot, which is primarily characterized by two large bomb locations but at the same time many narrow passages between the more extensive areas.

development

The original Counter-Strike map was created by Christopher Mair and appeared while the game was still in beta. The original version used some textures from Half-Life and used similar airplane sounds as the  Hostage Scenario map 747 . Their action was set in an industrial train station.

Global Offensive

First, Train 2012 was released with a slight overhaul with the latest installment, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive . In addition, with  Shorttrain , a version of the map specially developed for the then new destruction mode appeared , which was reduced by a few parts. Train in Global Offensive experienced a major technical and visual change with the patch of December 10, 2014. In addition, the map was added to the Operation Vanguard map group .

  • In the current GO version of Train, in addition to numerous symbols of communism, you can also see a mosaic of the communist leader Lenin in the terrorist spawn.
