Favela is a Bomb Scenario map in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive . The map takes place in a South American favela in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janeiro. She was submitted to the Steam Workshop by Rick on January 28, 2013 and was part of Operation Payback from April 25 to August 31 , 2014 and part of Operation Phoenix from February 20 to June 04, 2014 . As a result, Favela was temporarily included in the official CS map canon.
Construction
Favela is set in a part of a South American slum and therefore has a number of dark apartments, blocks and passageways. The map has two different bomb sites, which can be reached a little faster by the anti-terrorist unit. The starting points of the two factions are opposite, but there is no direct passage. However, you can get to the other end of the map through some branches in the middle of the map.
