Dust is a Bomb Scenario map found in Counter-Strike,  Counter-Strike: Condition Zero,  Counter-Strike: Source, and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The map depicts a Middle Eastern city with some narrow roads running through it. Dust is one of the oldest and most well-known cards in the series and has been included in all titles to date. It hasn’t changed much since its first version and has remained largely the same.
Dust is set in a typical Middle Eastern town. The map features numerous sandstone-colored buildings flanking the map. Also typical of Dust are its archways, which are located in some places on the map along with wooden gates and provide players with cover as well as being suitable for ambushes.
The anti-terrorist unit starts at the bottom of the map, near bombsite B. Bombsite A is not far away either. While the counter-terrorist players only have to walk through two archways that are on the same level to reach bombsite A, the terrorist players have a much longer way to go.
The terrorists spawn at the other end of the map and can get to the bomb sites via a few passageways, some of which are covered rather than outdoors. There is a chamber in the center of the map that is easily accessible from either team.
