Agency is a hostage scenario map in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive set in a fictional agency. Considered a relatively unbalanced Terrorist card, it was submitted to the Steam Workshop by Puddy and Rick on September 1st, 2013 and was part of Operation Bravo from September 19th, 2013 to January 20th, 2014 . As a result, the map was temporarily included in the official CS map canon.

Global Offensive
Agency was created for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive , submitted to the Steam Workshop , and updated a few times since then. From September 19, 2013 to February 5, 2014, the map was part of Operation Bravo, temporarily adding it to the game’s official map canon.
On February 19, 2014, it was announced that Agency would once again be part of an upcoming Operation, as the map received enough votes in a community vote. During Operation Bravo, an average of 200,000 rounds were played daily on the map, out of which the terrorists won 62.80% of the time. From February 20 to June 4, 2014, she was part of Operation Phoenix .
