Castle is a Bomb Scenario map from Counter-Strike: Global Offensive . The map was submitted to the Steam Workshop by Yanzl on December 27, 2013 and was part of Operation Breakout from July 1st to October 2nd, 2014 . [1] As a result, it was temporarily included in the official CS map canon. Castle is located in a cave castle in Slovenia and takes place at night.
Construction
Because the map is set in a cave castle, it can roughly be divided into four areas: the area around the castle, the cave into which the castle partly extends, the outer parts of the castle and its inner part, which has several floors and is adjacent to the cave system at various points. From the terrorist spawn, which is outside the castle, you can enter the castle via the castle wall, which is open in two places, or via the outer entrance of the cave system. The outer area of the map is divided by a small river that can be easily crossed. The counter-terrorist unit, on the other hand, spawns on a platform at the edge of the castle, which lies between the outer and inner parts of the castle. From there you can quickly get to bomb site B, which can also be easily reached by the terrorists as it is also adjacent to their spawn. Bomb Site A, however, is inside the cave and can be accessed through the cave system and the inner parts of the castle. It’s about the same distance from both spawn points. The cave and the interior of the castle have different floors and platforms at different heights, which are connected by steep stairs and sometimes narrow passages or larger rooms.

From July 1st to October 2nd, 2014, Castle was part of Operation Breakout and could be played on official Valve servers.
