Uplink is a multiplayer map from Call of Duty: Black Ops II that appeared with the Vengeance DLC. For the map, the Summit map from Call of Duty: Black Ops, which is extremely popular with players, was redesigned and transformed into a drone control center in the jungles of Myanmar.

• The factions on the map are wearing new uniforms. The SDC got a blue digital uniform, the SEAL Team Six now wears uniforms more similar to the earlier versions.
• As on the map Drone, the factory on Uplink is also owned by DyberDrone Industries.
• This is the second multiplayer map set in Myanmar, the first being Drone.
• This is the first and so far only multiplayer map in Black Ops II where it rains.
• This is the third multiplayer map Treyarch redesigned from Call of Duty: Black Ops for Black Ops II, the first ones were called Nuketown 2025 and Studio, for Black Ops they also redesigned the map Cliffside and called it Hazard.
• The gondola from the earlier map is also back and is located near the SDC spawn point.
