Seelow is a huge multiplayer map from Call of Duty: World at War.
Description
Seelow is set on the Eastern Front and you can find five Russian tanks, two German tanks and two American tanks. Thanks to its size, but also thanks to the possibilities of flanking, this map is suitable for any kind of fighting. For riflemen, snipers and tank drivers, the map is easy to defend thanks to the gigantic open spaces. Players with submachine guns can dodge to the sides, where there are partially buildings and you can take cover to prevent the enemy from getting through. Sneaking to the area with the bridge, it’s easy to take out the enemy tanks with explosive sets or bazookas, while teammates eliminate the machine gunners. The houses at the ends of the map are frequently visited by snipers. If you somehow manage to get into the houses, you can easily take out the snipers since you have the rapid fire advantage, but you should be careful since these are also spawn points for dead enemies and you can easily be surprised.
There are three major areas on this map. Two open, large areas and a railroad bridge in the middle that demarcates everything. One area, which is the spawn point for the Red Army, has two crop fields, one on the south side and one on the northwest side by the hill leading up to the bridge. There is a house in the center surrounded by a partially destroyed stone wall, however it is often mined and is popular with campers and snipers for cover. To the east near the bridge is a mill of sorts with a water wheel.
The other side of the map is typically the Wehrmacht spawn point and is divided into large wheat fields, however there are also small dirt roads and buildings. Particularly eye-catching is a large barn in the north, which is also popular with snipers.
In the middle of the map is the hill, which is adorned by a railroad bridge with some tunnels and works great as a sniper position against both sides of the map. Two open tunnels lead through the hill, which are also guarded by campers.
In Search & Destroy, players usually try to snipe some enemies directly from their spawn point to collect easy kills. However, these people are taking a big risk since there are other snipers on the opposite side as well. The team that spawns at the top of the hill has a distinct disadvantage as they are unprotected at the beginning, and players who try to hide behind the train cars run the risk of getting shot in the back.

Call of Duty
The Call of Duty series has existed since 2003 and in addition to various spin-offs, including for the handheld systems Nintendo DS and Sony PSP, 14 major titles of the series have now been released. Ever since the first part of the series, great emphasis has been placed on the online multiplayer mode in addition to the single-player campaign, which is also reflected in the development of the shooter series. Since the first Call of Duty, World at War, which was developed exclusively by Treyarch, each part also included cooperative challenges that you could play together with friends. The latest installment, Call of Duty: World War II, also features an extended multiplayer mode that puts you and your friends in the combat zones and famous battles of World War II. Using the divisions, you’ll be able to choose between the deadly sniper and the brute armored division and support your comrades in battle. In addition, World War II also has a zombie mode “Nazi Zombies”, as in its predecessor Call of Duty: Black Ops. Face the monsters of the Third Reich and win glory and honor.
